This business has gained a customer for life. I messaged all the plumbers in bakersfield at 6am about an emergancy plumbing issue with a house me and my husband just bought, this company was the first to respond and the first to arrive. Every person I spoke too was very nice and helpful. I mean shit is serious lol after all. Edgar was our plumber and he was very nice and worked in a fast pace but not sloppy fast. He explained every step he was doing and to women let me just tell you we need that! The price was fair and the job was done. It was a two day job ,Edgar called to let me know when he would return and what was needed. I have trust issues with companies. This one how ever is a family owned business which is my favorite kind to support. Seriously this company should be named honest !! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME CALL THEM. THEY TOOK CARE OF MY SHIT

Our hot water heater connections needed a little TLC. It's an older unit and so some companies refused to even look at it. The company answered the phone and provided knowledgeable and kind information before accepting the job. There was no pressure to buy a new unit or add a bunch of unnecessary new lines.

We had a clogged toilet while I was a work it was overflowing.... I was sending messages on Yelp for estimates for when I got home and this was the only company to answer. Then I called when I got home and they sent someone out within an hour. Very fast,professional and fair priced. Definitely call them for your plumbing needs.

Will never use them again. Called them for a shower valve rough, demo was done so no access issues. House valve broke and they fixed that, not a big deal. I received my bill and they billed me for five hours of labor (over four hundred dollars) even though they weren't on site for more than two. Used a different plumber for same type of work last week and paid for one hour. Told plumber about GPC and he laughed and said ""five hours pay for two hour job not everyone is honest these days"" Save your money, go to someone who is honest.

Excellent service and staff, will highly recommend your quality service to my friends and co workers, from the owner Mr. Owen who answers the calls courteously and answered my questions knowledgeably and with expertise and truly help me lessen my stress and gained my trust( for a home owner with a first time bathroom leakage and clogged drains with a clogged sink too, I was anticipating for the worst scenario both for the damage to the house and financially also)to the staff Mr. Don who fixed the problem with our bathroom and sink in a fast yet very thorough and clean manner.
