I had a new kitchen sink and faucets install in kitchen and bathrooms. Larry is very meticulous and took time to make it perfect!! His partner Ed was great too as he install two new vanity faucets. Great job guys!

I have used them for years. Always on time, nice staff, and good work. I called them again today for a water heater!

We have called on Garrett's services for several years. We know they are a reliable business with professionally skilled & friendly plumbers. However, this past Monday, 12/20 we found a new inconsistency with their dispatch that was never there before. On Monday, 12/13, I called to schedule Carlton (THE BEST) to come out & install a new sink faucet assembly. Carlton has come to our aid 2 previous calls and he not only knows his stuff, he's extremely friendly & bends over backwards to help with anything. No hesitation. He is awesome! The person I talked to on the phone said he would schedule Carlton to come out on Monday, 12/20 from 9-11am. That day comes. At 10am I called Garrett to confirm that Carlton was on schedule. When the office person (we'll call him """"Josh"""") answered the phone, I got a short, """"yep"""" and they hung up. I called back at 11:15 and was told by Josh that """"Carlton just called & said he's 5 minutes away."""" So I waited. Thirty minutes later, I start calling the office. Ring, ring, ring. No answer. Six times I called getting no answer. Prior to this, after every other time I called got an immediate pick-up. [FTR, the only reason I did this much is because I know this is an office issue & has nothing to do with Carlton. Plus I know from experience that this is not how poorly they usually handle their business.] I waited about 10 minutes to calm down & called again. Josh picked up and before I could say anything, he immediately said, """"GarrettPlumbingholdplease."""" I hung up because now it's after noon and I'm feel like I'm getting the runaround by a company that doesn't run like this normally. I am angry about how I'm being treated and about what a terrible face they're putting on an otherwise good, solid business. Long story short, 10 phone calls (as counted from my phone's log) & being put on hold for 8 minutes, it was established that """"Josh"""" misunderstood Carlton's schedule, apologized & said that Carlton would be at our house between 11 & 2. I told Josh that at 2:01, if Carlton's not here, we're done with their business. At 1:45, we saw the Garrett Plumbing truck in front of our house. Carlton had arrived and took care of us as always. I do not blame Carlton for anything that happened with """"Josh."""" Whoever """"Josh"""" actually is, he has now offered Garrett the opportunity to give him much more extensive customer service training. Customers are not an interruption of the day. They are the reason you have a business.

Writing this immediately after Garrett Pluming left because I want to give credit where due. Our plumbing system was suddenly backed up where our toilets wouldn't flush and the bathtubs were full of septic in a matter of minutes... so I called Garrett Plumbing since they are located closest to our house and left my info with the receptionist. About 30 minutes later, Larry, the Service Manager called to ask what the issue was, which he deemed and emergency.. and it was! He said he would see if/when he could get someone out. 30 minutes later he calls me back saying Ed is on his way and will be at our house in 20 minutes. Thank the lord! Ed arrived soon after and got straight to work, and snaked our whole system. About an hour later and we were back in business, problem resolved. Five stars to Larry and Ed for saving the day, as we were in full panic-mode before they arrived. Highly recommend these guys for being so quick and efficient, especially on a Saturday!

My condo needed some overdue attention and Garrett Plumbing was highly recommended to me. The serviceman was Brian and he was prompt efficient and knowledgeable. I had a leak and needed several other upgrades. Everything looks and works great.

I selected Garrett Plumbing because they were close to my house and a friend suggested them ?? Big mistake !!!!! I had a small leak outside the house above the slab ... a simple fix ... three connections? They charged me for 2 1/2 hours ??? $180 an hour ... The plumber was polite and on time ... but should have showed up in a ski mask. I would not recommend Garrett plumbing unless you can't find anyone else and have money to burn.

Terrible service, rude service personnel, overpriced plumber!! They don't fix what is needed until they have replaced everything.

We had a problem that happened quickly and water soaked our carpet by the time we found out. We shut off the water to the downstairs bathroom and I called Garrett. They said they would have someone out that afternoon and at 1:20, Carlton Hughes was at our door. He was fantastic. He explained everything that he needed to do and did not charge us for the time he spent going to get the equipment he needed for the repair. It took four and half hours but he fixed our problem and even suggested a solution to the soaked carpet. If you are looking for professionals who charge reasonably, come out on the same day that you need them and truly care about their customers, use Garrett Plumbing. They are the best in the business.

Plumbing work was completed great at our beach condo even though took twice as long as it should have and plumber had to leave for 90 minutes to get parts. Reason for 3 stars is the phone person is horrible and clueless. Do your business a favor and fire him!

I was referred to Garretts Plumbing by a realtor who spoke really highly of their service. They installed a faucet and sink five months ago. They first overcharged us and we had call back 3-4 times to get that sorted out. I just noticed that the faucet lines are loose and leaking. My husband called them to get them out here to inspect and see what they can do. They stated since we didn't buy the parts from them, they wouldn't come back out to inspect it for free. They quoted us a ridiculous amount. I mean what is the point of using Garretts Plumbing instead of any other #plumbing service in Pinellas county. It has only been five months since their installation and they obviously can't do plumbing right from the get go. That is a horrible customer service.
