I couldn't be happier with the level of service, professionalism, speed, and effectiveness of Girard Plumbing and Heating. As a facility manager of a large campground in Old Orchard Beach, we often have a need for immediate, fast, effective service, and Girard P&H has never let us down. Just this season, they have twice come to help at very short notice (once after hours), and have provided effective solutions, while being friendly, helpful, and courteous.

I called for someone to replace a broken toilet. The guy who came was neat and clean and very informative. He gave me an estimate which was very detailed about needed to be done. When they came to replace the toilet they lifted it up and found it plugged along with a few other issues. They addressed these issues with me. Explained in terms I would understand about what was wrong and what options I had. I had them fix everything and have been very happy with my new toilet. The cost was what I expected after they went through the new issues with me. They were clear, concise and fair. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a fair company. I will be calling to schedule my septic tank to be pumped soon!

I just had the opportunity to do business with this company. I was told I would get an estimate before they started work. I was not home the day they came and recieved no call/any contact regarding the estimate. I had to pay for 2 people to do the work of installing the pipes for a washer in my basement... For what I paid for this installation I could have purchased 2 top of the line appliances.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely wonderful! Garrett was professional, courteous and responsive. He helped us out in a pinch over the holiday weekend, and we could not have been more pleased with his service. Beach Comber is our go-to plumber from now on. I highly recommend this company!!

Found water puddling in my yard, and am SO grateful to have found this company. I had Garrett come out to do a sewer repair and he was super helpful in making sure I understood what he was doing, and why he recommended the repair that he did. Terrible family own company. Really gives a black eye to family owned companies that take pride in there work as well as service.

Don't show up for scheduled appts, don't return customers calls. And the excuses given as to why they didn't show up.its ,just out right dishonest. Why even tell your customers you'll call back at a specific time, when you have no intention of doing so?

I have used Aube to install fixtures and related plumbing for two kitchen sinks, two bathroom sinks, and two bathtubs/showers. They did a fantastic job each time. I have dealt with a lot of plumbers in my lifetime, but none as good as Aube.
