Please do not use this ""company"". They robbed my elderly father in law blind. There is not even a office or office staff. It takes hours and even the next day until you receive a call back to receive horrible customer service from the owner Steve. My father in laws water heater was under warranty and they replaced it for $930 total. Steve explained the cost was this much because it would take a whole day with two men to pay for labor. There was one tech that completed the job in hour. Once the new one that was ""free"" under warranty was in the process of being installed; the tech told my father in law he couldn't complete this job without installing a part that is not covered under warranty and charged another $95 on the spot. Water heaters are totally overpriced at any company, so what sets companies apart these days is whom can supply the best customer service; this company has zero bed side manner, the worst customer service EVER! Stay away! I have photos and can show you the receipt upon request. DO NOT USE GARRELTS!!!
