had shower cartridge replaced, Tech did a great job and it took about 20 minutes, before he started gave me a quote of $450, I told him thats crazy, he then called offfice and got quote of $320 stiil way to high but had work done anyway, Their prices are insane but they do good work

Make an appointment 10 days in advance to ensure morning service. I was told by office staff if there was an emergency, there could be a delay but that they would call to let me know.
By 11: 20 am they had not arrived nor did I receive a phone call. I called and was told there had been an unexpected delay and they would be there eventually. Since I had an appointment I told them not to come but was assured they would be coming the following morning between 9 and 10 am. Devin showed up at 10:51am. He was well mannered, polite and seemed to know what he was doing - drained/cleaned/descaled tankless hot water heater and then inspected my ""system."" Gave me an itemized list of suggested repairs and was gone by 12:15pm. I purchased a service contact for my tankless for $119 annually so got my money's worth. Other repairs will have to wait.

I requested a combi unit for a 50+ year old boiler and a 20+ year old water heater. Justin from Garon T came out, gave me an estimate and answered all my questions patiently and professionally. I was impressed, so I went with him and Garon T for the install. Pam in the office did all the legwork for my SaveGreen application and secured an interest free loan with them along with a $1500 rebate. She also answered all my concerns and follow up questions patiently. I waited an extra week for the install since Justin was on vacation and I am glad that I did. After the initial meeting with him, I knew it would be worth the wait. He and 2 others from Garon T came and did my install on a brutally hot day. All were pleasant and performed their respective tasks efficiently and in sync with each other. I had a doctor's appointment that I could not change and I left Justin to finish everything up and secure the house. With the team of 3 the install took less than 8 hours, which I thought was very impressive. My old outdated boiler and water heater were removed, taken away, and aside from a brand new unit on the wall of my garage, I couldn't even tell they were there. The next day I called the office with questions, and Justin called me back after hours to answer those questions. I assumed I would get a call back the next day, but I was called back within 20 minutes to my surprise. Justin came the next day as a followup and I had an issue that I believed was related to the install, but in fact Justin assured me it was not. I had explained that I had done a similar fix at a previous property and he said I would save about $400 if I did it myself. I bought the necessary parts and actually saved myself $350 in the end. This is a company that will not gouge you, and are there to help their customers for the long term. Not just a one and done. They have a lifelong customer in me, thanks to Justin and all that support him and the other techs out in the field.

Plumber had to return twice for a leaking kitchen faucet. New faucet installed was not to our liking, but we agreed to keep it. The total bill was about $900. We asked an itemized invoice or bill, and we've been waiting for about 3 weeks for that simple request. They required credit card charge for half before the plumber could come. The second half was posted to our credit card before he left the property.

Do not go with Garon T Plumbing. They charge a lot and the work they do is terrible. Charged over a thousand dollars for a pvc pipe with check valve to be replaced from our utility pump to our main line. We were desperate and needed the pipe to be fixed so we sucked up the high cost. Worked for a day until we started having issues. Asked for the guy to come back out, we set another appointment up. Day of the second appointment we call to confirm and they tell us the technician has an all day appointment with someone else even though they scheduled us for the same day, which we took off from work to deal with this. Also was told it's not the work that was done but the utility pump without anyone coming to our house to check. Like what the heck?! Lol How to come to that conclusion since it's a brand new pump right of the box. Not even coming to the house to investigate. I've asked for them to send anyone else to come and pls take a look since the original technician is unavailable. At the first appointment they installed a check valve to shut off the pump when there's no more water to be pumped out - well it's not working to shut off the pump. The pump works just fine. Instead I get the run around. So we'll see if anyone shows up or even calls us back. Supposedly it's escalated to a manager. F-en laughable. I couldn't imagine treating a possible repeat customer this way. Now there's a terrible review up along with many other terrible reviews.

They were supposed to be at my house at 8 AM this morning to fix a leak. At 11 AM I called them and said where are you? They said they had an emergency and they would be there next at 3 PM to kids showed up not the person who was supposed to be there who knew the issue and they were not prepared for anything. The manager called me at 4 PM and said they would probably be there around 5:30 and not sure they can finish the one hour job today. I have a leak going through my ceiling. I guess that's not a priority either. I will never use them again. I will never consider them again go elsewhere.

He fixed the initial problem in less than a half hour, and when something else went wrong, fixed it at no charge! He was also very friendly and answered any questions I had. Kudos! Asked for payment info upfront before the visit. To me not a right way to do business. Also VERY expensive repair avoid using them if you can.
