Martin F.HAVING PROBLEMS WITH Garon T. They inspected two of my Heating A/C units 08/14/2024 in order to get final approval from the township. They filled out the paper work. The inspection was done 8/14/2024 and the township still has not received the paperwork. I called numerous times including 9/30/24 and in 14 days they never appraised me of whether the paperwork was delivered. Today 10/15/24, I spoke to the supervisor PAM and was incorrectly told that the township had the paperwork necessary for final inspection. The township does not have the paperwork and I am not even sure if they filled out the paperwork correctly since they did not inspect the two outdoor condensor units which may be part of the total inspection. After speaking to the township building permit person, I was informed that if the outdoor units need to be included in the final inspection a special zoning permit may be needed. I was told by PAM that she would talk to the owners JT or Rich today at 5 pm and call me back TODAY to determine how to handle the delivery of the paperwork. I suggested that they hand deliver it to the ocean township building department and get the name of the person they hand deliver it to so I can have a point of contact. Dr Martin D. Fried

The job, which was not an easy one, was completed in no time and my downstairs toilet works better now than when it was new.
