Even in the midst of the COVID-19 crisis, Garofalo Plumbing responded immediately to our call about a leak. The owner himself spoke with me by phone, giving excellent, easy to follow advice on how to stop the leak without incurring the expense of a visit. We left off with an understanding that I'll call back if the leak comes back. No charge for his time and expert advice. Months ago, Garofalo responded right away to replace our water heater, doing a great job; below is our previous review. We highly recommend them!

(Previous Review): Fast, reliable and honest. Our water heater failed yesterday, leaking steaming water everywhere. Garofalo arrived at our house rapidly, barely 1/2 hour later. They finished replacing the water heater early this morning, you can't ask for better service than that. My family has relied on Garofalo Plumbing for decades and we highly recommend them.

Absolutely tremendous service. I called Tony after I was having a problem with my water heater. He came to the house same day, on time, and was incredibly thorough. He took a few extra minutes to make sure the rest of my equipment was safe to run in the future. I really cannot say enough. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Thank you Tony. I will keep him in mind for larger projects down the road.

I met Tony Garofalo about 6-7 years ago when I would help him with his personal computers. Since then Tony Garofalo has been my go-to guy for anything plumbing in the queens area. He's helped out my mother and grandparents in both Middle Village and Ridgewood since. He's the type of person you will ALWAYS want to do business with because he doesn't just do the work, he explains every bit and piece of the work being done and WHY it's being done.

He's an honest man and does an above and beyond job EVERY time. He is highly, highly recommended.

I would not trust any other plumber in all of New York more than I would Tony.
