I initiated contact with this local business by email on a Tuesday morning. Very early the following morning I was responded to by phone. Despite the reference photos and clear description of the necessary repair in my email, business wanted to inspect in person before quoting. They suggested Saturday morning. Business arrived punctually on Saturday and unsurprisingly required only fives minutes to make the inspection. Rather than quote the job then, I was told I'd receive it by Monday. I never heard from the business again, even after sending a follow-up on Tuesday. Not only unquestionably unprofessional, but plain rude. Business wasted a full week of MY time. I would not recommend hiring people like this.

The worst. They installed a brand new furnace and ""jumped the rollout"". Meaning they took the easy way out and almost set my house on fire. Then when they came for the inspection they denied it. These guys are lazy. Thankfully I have a relative who works in heating and cooling and was able to fix it.

Bruce and his son Anthony run a small plumbing business and they are a delight to work with. They fixed several things swiftly and came back three times to try to find the correct toilet seat. No luck yet but trying to find still!

I needed water supply lines and drain pipe to be re-routed for a wall mount faucet and sink. And for a laundry faucet leak to be fixed. James came for an estimate. Showed the laundry sink and gave me a wrong diagnosis (he said laundry faucet was at fault when in fact it was the water valve - I ended up fixing this on my own). Then I showed him the supply lines I needed to be rerouted behind the walls for a wall mount sink and faucet. He told me he doesn't have time now (I thought he came here to give me an estimate?!) and asked if I could cut out the wall on my own and send him pics. I sent him some pics and videos and he was never able to give me a quote or tell me that he cannot do this job! Called back the main office numerous times to no avail. Very disappointed as the reviews were great.

Bruce did an amazing job installing a new kitchen sink, disposal, and water filter system. The work was efficiently done, and he didn't leave until he made sure that we were completely happy with the job. Great price, too! I have used a lot of plumbers; however, Garner Bros. is the company I will use the next time I have a plumbing need.

using them for the second time. outstanding work. very professional and courteous. would love to give them 5 stars, but for some reason, getting someone to answer the phone in their office is next to impossible. not good with return calls. come on Garner Brothers, that's an easy fix.

Met with them about installing a new sump pump but never got a follow up for quote or anything! I have called and left many messages to hire them but they never answer phone or call back. They seemed very nice but hard to give a good rating if you can't be bothered to call back.
