Anyone would be lucky to have Warren as their ""front man"" . He is honest, thorough, detailed, knowledgeable, listens and attentive. After interviewing multiple HVAC companies to replace my 50 plus year old system I chose Garrick's. I just spent the last 5 days with Warren, Ray, Brendan, and Ryan. They were dedicated to their job, respectful of my requests and under the circumstances a pleasure to have in my home. Garick has always been responsive and honest in their work and charges. Today we had Kurtis come out to work on our old air conditioning unit. He put the time and energy into diagnosing and fixing an old unit so we could keep it running longer and limit the immediate cost to ourselves. Garick installed my HVAC system 12 years ago, nothing but issues over the years. Called them when AC was not working right, they sent a Technician who told me I needed a new system, didnt leave me any paperwork. Five days later, I'm still waiting, been told numerous times someone would call me back. I wouldn't let these guys fix anything I own. Very poor customer service. They were just bought out by Clark and Rush, not sure if that crappy customer service will be the same with Clark and Rush.

My rental's HVAC system died and Garick retrofitted and replaced it with a whole new system. To install a larger air conditioner, new lines had to be run out on the outside walls and snaked in between the ceiling and floor joists. The job took a while to be approved by the very picky Home Owners Association and once approved, Warren and Don inserted the job into Garick's busy installation schedule. Additionally, a heat wave had hit and Don brought over a window AC to keep the renter comfortable in the second floor bedroom. I highly recommend Garick Air Conditioning Service. They did a great job.

I dreaded the day that I would have to replace my furnace in my 1932 Land Park home. The furnace was tucked away in the attic with a built-in enclosure around it, creating a real challenge for replacing it without leaving a trail of damage in this semi-finished living space. Of course, there was also the challenge of getting the new furnace to the attic in the first place! But no complaints from the Garick team who analyzed the situation and then made the replacement happen quickly and professionally. Their careful analysis led to suggesting improvements to the existing return duct system and to the addition of a Fujitsu mini-split heat pump for our living space in the attic. We are now enjoying the vast benefits of all these improvements. I look back now without a single regret. Garick did what they promised, completed the work on time and left without leaving any mess behind. In addition, they have since checked in with me to be sure all is functioning properly. So I enthusiastically recommend the professional HVAC services of Garick.
