Garick just finished installing a cooling/heating unit on our roof. This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. We received bids from four other companies and Garick's was the best price for the Lennox system we wanted. The salesman, Warren, was detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable and did not push us into anything. The installation staff was very professional, meticulous in doing all their work, explained everything to us, and completed every thing on schedule. Garick AC Services replaced our 24 year old HVAC systems (1 in the attic and 1 in the basement). The two technicians who handled the work from start to finish, knew what they were doing and finished everything as planned and on-time. After a nightmare experience with another company--I'd been their customer for over 15 years-- I called Garick on the recommendation of a friend. Branden, the tech, came early and was just great. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained every thing that he was doing to diagnose the source of my problem. The other company told me I needed either 2 new compressors or a new unit-- $$$$. Branden found a couple of loose wires on the electrical panel and cleaned out the condensor coil. Cost was $168.00 for diagnosis, repairs and complete system maintenance. System now running smoothly . A completely positive experience.

Bought a rental recenty and thought that I needed the HVAC unit replaced. Called up several companies to get estimates. Garick's price for installing a new central heat and air conditioning unit was very good. However the service technician was able find a problem that the other companies either missed or did not look for, As a result he was able to repair the Air conditioner and bring it back into service for another few years. As a property manager, being able to save on the bottom line is important to me and my clients.

Warren was the contact for the new heating and air system and he is such a pleasure to work with. The install team were Brandon and Dave. They were amazing. Great customer service, great team, they take pride in doing a good job. They were professional and at the same time pretty fun to get to know. I was out of heat during a pretty cold spell. They provided room heaters to get me by while the system was being installed. One evening they stayed late because they were so close to getting the heat turned on they just did want to wait til the next day. I really appreciated that so much. Great Company

We highly recommend Garick. We needed to replace our air conditioning system this summer and after getting what seemed like a high price quote from a large competitor, we called Garick after a referral from a a friend and reading reviews on Yelp. The team at Garick was extremely helpful and knowledgable, providing us multiple options with varying price points. The most expensive option was quite a bit lower than the competition, and there was a better sense of trust with Garick. The work was done expertly and passed the city inspection witih no issues. In fact, the inspector was impressed with the quality of the work. We recommend Garick to all our friends and family and plan to call on them for any air or heating needs.

Garick Is A Top Notch Company! I called Garick when the h/ac unit in my rental died. I was panicked because any excessive delays would have cost $$ to provide tenants with a hotel until the house had heat & air.

Garick came to my rescue. They responded to my request for a bid within 24 hours. They provided my tenants space heaters and scheduled the installation of the new unit within a week. Warren @ Garick helped me select a quality ch/a unit that was affordable and dependable long term.

I was extremely impressed with the service, knowledge and products provided by Garick. I will never consider using anyone but Garick and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone needing ch/a services.

Update: after some confusion on the phone, they were able to figure out that I just needed someone to come out and give me a quote on updating my system. Warren came out and spent 1.5 looking at my system and telling me how we could improve it ourselves to save costs. He then spent another hour going over it with my husband (who was late to the party). Very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to keep us satisfied. Now that's service!

Our house in West Sac was a real challenge. The home was built in 1953 with an in-attic furnace (no AC), then some kind of hybrid of AC and heat, then a roof unit that was installed in the early 80s that in 2010 had turned into a noisy monster and a real watt-sucker. The duct work was patched, jury-rigged, and half-hazardly added-on through the decades. It was a real mess. The only proper way was to start from scratch. I am so glad we went with Garick. Warren, our sales rep, seemed to be the only one up to the challenge. He lives in West Sac and knows these houses. Warren's bid was halfway between a one-man operation, who would have been way over his head, and Bell Brothers, who was off-the-charts expensive and would have been very difficult to work with. These guys really care about doing it right and making the customer happy. I unconditionally recommend Garick for any HVAC work. Oh..and the city inspector was here maybe five minutes and signed off on the work without hesitation. He knows Garick does it right.
