We were first time customers for a yearly maintenance. I decided to go with Garick because they came recommended by a relative who promotes home and garden shows (so I figured he knows who's who in the business). I really appreciate the fact that someone ALWAYS answers the phone during business hours. Branden, the technician, came and was extremely professional and clean. He showed me the actual part from my compressor that was broken and gave an estimate for repair with no pressure to have it done at that moment, although I chose to have it fixed and he was able to do it during this same visit. Branden took a lot of time to go above and beyond to explain other aspects of A/C that could help us run more efficiently. He even spent time climbing up to our 12 foot ceilings to adjust the vents so it blows in a more efficient direction. Branden knows what he is doing and truly cares about his customers and their comfort. For sure, I am requesting him next year! Garick Air Conditioning has a new loyal customer!

Little overdue here. We had a new Lennox Heat & AC system installed by Garick back in February. Love it! Warren was our estimator, he is punctual and thorough. I have had work done by Garick before so I was expecting nothing less. The have ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. These guys are very professional, fair priced and low pressure on the sales side. We could not be happier with the service guys that that did the work. They were awesome. Very efficient, very considerate, and always cleaned up. This company is a slam dunk 5 star performer! I highly recommend them.

Another happy customer! My HVAC was cycling and I was worried about it. I called Garick based on Yelp reviews. The were there on time. Brandon checked my system, changed my thermostat batteries, changed my filter and found nothing wrong. He was thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. I now know what might have caused the cycling, I know what I may have to do if it persists or gets worse, and I have an idea what it might cost. I also know it won't cause any damage and my house and family are safe.

Warren at Garick is a superstar! I had them come out for a quote and he went through and did so many more calculations and recommendations than the other two companies did. I felt like his knowledge and expertise in designing and estimating a job are the best in the area. He is always available for questions and doesn't hesitate to give you best solution and the most honest and accurate answers. He is truly a class act!

These guys go above and beyond to make their customers happy. If you have a problem just call Jonathan. He truly cares about the business's reputation. They will correct any problems immediately. I have not experienced too many businesses that do this. THESE GUYS DID! And PROMPTLY. If you care about your home and time, they are clean and efficient. I am completely happy with their service.

The Garick team was excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them. Warren was very responsive throughout the entire process from quoting to post installation and inspector sign off. Garick was great in working with changes in the schedule due to a construction delays (not caused by Garick). The interaction with Garick was extremely efficient with no surprises. The customer service aspect was fantastic with quick call backs, detailed answers to questions about the product and the service and excellent coordination with the roofer as well as the tenants at the property. This project was a duplex that needed new HVAC replaced. I would highly recommend Garick to anyone looking for a quality, hassle free job with good value.

We just had a new heat pump installed. In researching contractors, Yelp was one of a number of sources we considered when we chose Garick's, and now I can say that all those 5 star Yelp reviews are spot on! Warren worked with us in determining the heat pump and air handling units that best fit our needs, and closely monitored the progress of the installation. The installation team -- Kurtis, Tony, and Ty -- were courteous. knowledgeable, and hard working. Although they had to make many trips between the patio area and the second floor of our house, they were very careful and left things at least clean as when they arrived. Finally, the cost of the installation was something less than other bids we had received. We had had a heat pump replaced in our previous residence and so have some standard of comparison; our experience with Garick's was vastly superior to our earlier one. Thank you, guys!

Garick just finished installing a cooling/heating unit on our roof. This is one of the best companies we have ever dealt with. If I could give them more than five stars, I would. We received bids from four other companies and Garick's was the best price for the Lennox system we wanted. The salesman, Warren, was detailed oriented and extremely knowledgeable and did not push us into anything. The installation staff was very professional, meticulous in doing all their work, explained everything to us, and completed every thing on schedule. Garick AC Services replaced our 24 year old HVAC systems (1 in the attic and 1 in the basement). The two technicians who handled the work from start to finish, knew what they were doing and finished everything as planned and on-time. After a nightmare experience with another company--I'd been their customer for over 15 years-- I called Garick on the recommendation of a friend. Branden, the tech, came early and was just great. He was clearly very knowledgeable and explained every thing that he was doing to diagnose the source of my problem. The other company told me I needed either 2 new compressors or a new unit-- $$$$. Branden found a couple of loose wires on the electrical panel and cleaned out the condensor coil. Cost was $168.00 for diagnosis, repairs and complete system maintenance. System now running smoothly . A completely positive experience.
