This is the second time I have used them. The first was after I got an estimate of over $4000 from another plumber to cut up my slab to get to the p trap and fix a clog. Mike's guys did it for under $200 without cutting up anything. They were back again last Thursday to clear a kitchen sink line. It was loaded with grease, they snaked it from both ends and even replaced a piece of plumbing. I was surprised to find that the total bill was under $140. I believe it's Armando who has been out to my property several times since I've owned my home almost 4 years.

In Nov 2017, they replaced my bathtub pipe and hardware and Feb 2018 replaced water heater, water pressure regulator and added a compression tank.

I'm using this to track service companies used, and also review that he's very nice, very knowledgeable and seems honest.

As a woman, you just never know if you're being taken advantage of or not.

I had a plumber out that told my Home Warranty that he could not break the clog without going through the roof. Old Republic does not insure the roof and said, ""we deny your claim"" because we can't get to the clog. I called this company at 7:30 on a Saturday morning after being without bathroom services for 3 days and Alphonso did the job (not on the roof). It took 2 hours but he made sure it was completed. I can't say enough about the swiftness and ethical work of this representative. He could have told me anything, I was so frustrated and yet he was ethical. Joanne D.

We have a rental home and were told that there was a leak in the upstairs bathroom into the garage. We went to the residence and did some troubleshooting. It appeared that in the combo shower/tub, when the tub was running there was no leak but when the shower was running, there was a leak. Went to HD and bought a new Kohler shower head and replaced it. Again, the same problem. My wife went onto Murrieta talk and asked for opinions. Within 45 mins a ton of them came in and the majority of them were for Nootbar. It was after 6:00pm and I called thinking I would get an answering service. This guy answered. I told him the problem and what I had done to correct it. We spoke for awhile and what a pleasant guy. He told me that I had done 90% of the work and the thing to do would correct it and he was 99% sure. I thanked him but figured I would be calling him after I tried it the next day. Well, it worked and I didn't have to call him. He could have made an appt., come over and worked the clock and hung parts but he didn't. There a very few people left in the world like this guy but if and when I ever have another plumbing or drainage problem, he is the guy.

Highly recommend this company. I called for a second opinion on a leak we had at our house. Mike was so nice and understanding of my distress. He spoke to me for over 20 minutes on the phone and sent Armando out the very next morning. Armando was kind and courteous and very professional. They completed the job for less than the first company quoted and found and fixed another problem. I am so grateful for an honest company like this one!

I cannot say enough good things about this entire company! I've used these guys twice so far, and they have earned my recurring business as long as they are around.

I'm a new homeowner, and my home inspector advised that we have a full-time plumber come out and inspect the water heater, as it wasn't his specialty and he thought it needed to be more thoroughly inspected by a plumber-by-trade due to its condition. He recommended Nootbaar plumbing, so I had them come out. The plumber arrived right on time, was very friendly, and answered every question I had thoroughly (and repeatedly, so I fully understood). As was expected, the water heater needed to be replaced. He said he didn't have one on the truck, but he made a phone call and had someone come bring one out to us within a half hour. He replaced it quickly and efficiently, making sure I was happy with it when he was done. Then, he took the time to walk me through everything about the new water heater, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. Great experience!

The next time I had these guys come out was for a second opinion on a home warranty issue with a toilet. The original company that the warranty company sent (Temecula Drains - DO NOT USE!!!) told me that the problem would not be covered under the warranty, but that they would be happy to fix it for us and charge us over $1000. Oh, and they would have to rip up the floor in the process, but they knew a great floor guy who we could pay more money to in order to complete that part. YIKES! Hence, the second opinion...Nootbaar came out again and assured us that the problem was definitely covered under the home warranty. They called the warranty company for approval, and the warranty company denied it after arguing over it for 15 minutes on the phone. The plumber made a quick call to his boss, Mike, the owner (I presume) of Nootbaar, and after a quick phone conversation, came back and said, ""Mike said it's not a problem and we're going to handle it."" The plumber quickly and professionally fixed the toilet, then asked me to come confirm that all the work was done perfectly before he replaced the toilet to the floor. He then informed me that I was not going to pay anything until Mike sorted things out with the warranty company, and they would be in touch to sort out the bill after that. About a week later, Mike personally gave me a call to tell me that the warranty company had been difficult but he got it covered.

Thank you, to Mike and your crew, for being professional, honest, and having the kind of customer support that every company should strive to achieve! I will be recommending your services to everyone!
