Horrible company to use, responded from Home warranty call for a clogged kitchen sink and they didn't want to snake the drain unless I paid additional cost. Tech didn't want to do the 100ft as my policy states. After a while he finally did it 40ft later drained clears and tech said we are good. I wouldn't trust this company.

There is never a good time for your water heater to stop working. Ours died on a Friday around 4:00PM. I called Gardner Plumbing, and Wyatt was at my house by 6:00PM with a top of the line water heater. He removed the old water heater, installed a new one and was done by 8:00PM. His work was neat and professional, and the pricing was very reasonable, especially for coming out on a Friday evening. I would use their service again for my plumbing needs.

Armando is great! Very professional and does great work. We'll definitely continue to use his expert services for any plumbing issues.

Today our plumber, Cody Beers (from Gardner Plumbing), came to install our new automatic water flow shut off valve. Cody was on time, very pleasant, and extremely professional. My Technician that did the job at my house was TJ Beers. He was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up after his work that was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend them.

I have a home warranty company that contracts certain plumbers within its system. Sometimes, the plumbers are good, and sometimes, they are not. The home warranty company hit a bullseye when they contacted Gardner Plumbing to service my leaking water heater. Gardner dispatched T.J. to service the heater. T.J. proved to be knowledgeable and professional. The leaking heater caused damage to an interior wall close to the heater. T.J. recommended a restoration company that took care of that problem too. Overall, I highly recommend Gardner Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Armando is an excellent representative for Gardner Plumbing Co. Had a difficult time getting the part. But, once it came in everything went smoothly. Very professional. Took his time and explained what he had to do. And cleaned up his work area. A number of times that has not been my experience with other people working in my home. So I greatly appreciated that. Highly recommend them.

GM. I just use Gardner plumbing company for Service of my toilet. Cody was my technician. He was in communication with me about the time that he will arrive. I really appreciate that. He came in did the job and also gave me some advice that I'm going to take about future repairs. I will be calling him and using him for a few more projects that we have. Overall, very happy with the service.

Gardner Plumbing came over for a water heater and kitchen faucet replacement. In addition, I had a recall for a shower stoppage which would have been 10 minutes at the most to take care of. However, the technician's supervisor (name is Poalo or similar spelling) would not allow him to do it.
I spoke to Paolo on the phone to notify him of the quick recall resolution. He said his technician had to leave. I explained to Paolo that my appt. was rescheduled once already and they would need to come over a third time for the recall if doesn't get done today. Poalo had poor communication skills. Poalo became argumentative over the phone and was rude. He clearly did not use common sense, was not properly trained as a supervisor, and did not put the customer at the center of organizational decision-making (customer-centric approach). Then he said his technician, that was currently at my house, was not trained to clear a shower stoppage. He didn't know that same technician cleared it the first time last week (wow). They are sending untrained technicians to do work is what I got out of it.
This company has been to my house three times times now for the same issues with extended stays. They are not considerate of the fact that I pushed things aside to make time for them. Even though their website clearly states: ""Respect for Clients' Time. We understand how busy your life is. We also understand that your time is valuable"". Paolo didn't get the message or doesn't understand his company's mission and values.
In sum, Paolo desperately needs supervision training and active listening training. I don't understand why one person would make a company look bad due to their demeanor. I will send this complaint to the company's social media accounts, BBB, and American Home Shield who assigned this company to me. This is an effort to make others aware, who value their time, to think twice about using Gardner Plumbing. I will not use this unprofessional company again!
