Our water heater was leaking on a Sunday late afternoon. We called Gardner (formerly Nootbaar) and someone was out that evening to swap out our water heater and provide us with a temp set up while we assessed any damage. Shane was easy to get ahold of, and had great communication by providing us with time estimates all evening as he arrived and got supplies. He was very nice and worked efficiently. He explained all of our options regarding assessing any damages and had a reference ready, but did not push us on any decision. There were no surprises with cost, very clear and simple communication. We really appreciate his timeliness, reliability, great communication and professionalism.

While doing a project on the house, I turned off our main water. But then I couldn't turn it back on!!! We called another company and they told us they would come out and ""evaluate it"" and we would need the water company to come out. TJ came within 10 min of calling and was fantastic!!! We were new customers and they still came out the same day for our upstairs bath that had low hot water pressure. We had another company quote over $1,000 and said they had to cut through the ceiling because they couldn't remove the cartridges. Armando replaced both cartridges without having to go through the ceiling for under $300. He even crafted a custom tool for our setup on the spot. Outstanding service and very skilled.
