Called and spoke to Mr. Gardner regarding two relatively simple plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. He told me to text him back with my name and address about a week ago as he needed to rush to the bank. I should have become a plumber rather than a doctor, as it seems plumbers in San Diego spend more time at the bank than they do on the job! Called him back today and he said he couldn't understand me. He didn't try to call me back! As I said business must be great for plumbers!

My shower broke one night a few weeks back and being a new homeowner I had no idea who to call. I googled plumbers in my area and Gardner Plumbing came up. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out later that morning to see what the problem was. Later on that day they sent me a very reasonable repair estimate so I scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Even though they said they could repair it right away, it wasn't an emergency because I have another shower. So I scheduled an appointment for several days later. They came out and repaired the cartridge inside my shower and it works great now. Honest, hassle free and very friendly is the only way to describe Gardner Plumbing. Now I know who to call next time I have an issue.

Great folks to deal with. Even though their Yelp entry said they didn't open until 9am I called at 8am and they answered immediately and someone was at my house 15 minutes later ! We had a blockage in the main sewer line out to the street which we learned about because of a toilet with a leaking sealing ring. Lance, who came out, fixed both problems within an hour.

I asked Lance about installing a water line for my espresso machine and will be calling them back to do this work.

Performance was great and prices more than reasonable. Highly recommended.

These guys are awesome. We were renting a cottage in PB while we were in town looking for an apartment for our relocation from the East Coast and our hostess informed us that there was a serious plumbing issue. Gardner came out (I don't remember anyone's name except Trevor, who was personable and funny) and were amazing. They didn't stop until the problem was fixed (which included getting on the roof, taking the toilet out of the ground, and cleaning) and along the way they gave us great advice about places to eat and areas of SD that we may like to live. Four thumbs up from two Philadelphians.

I live in Pacific Beach and had a plumbing emergency over the weekend. I looked up some names on yelp and called three different plumbers on Saturday. None called me back. On Sunday, I left desperate messages for 5 different plumbers, one of which was Gardner Plumbing. Gardner Plumbing called me back in less than 2 minutes! I was told that their on call plumber for that weekend had a personal emergency and was unable to come out. At that point, I figured he would schedule me for first thing Monday morning. Nope! He called in of his plumbers, Lance, who was on his day off. I was overjoyed. Lance arrived a couple hours later and found that their was no cleanout on my old house. So he went on the roof, worked his magic and resolved my plumbing emergency all within an hour or so. After coming out on his day off, on a Sunday, he did not even charge me weekend rates! This company provided top quality service from the moment I called until the job was done. They have earned me as a client for life.

I highly recommend Gardner Plumbing for any plumbing issues and needs that you may have. Today Pat and Matt came out to my house and fixed a ""mysterious hot water issue"" that I had been having. Pat did a wonderful job trouble shooting the problem and then fixed it. At the same time I also had them run a ice/water line to my frig. If there was an option for a higher rating I would give it!!

We came back from vacation only to find out that our drain had backed up... Enter panic mode. Called a couple of plumbers most of which didn't answer and still haven't returned my phone calls and then I called these guys who answered my plea for help and sent out a guy (Brian) day of and very reasonably priced. Thank you sooo much and we'll be sure to use you again!
