Our toilet overflowed, on a Friday night no less! We called Gardner and Daryl came the very next morning. Not only was he prompt, courteous and professional but he went the extra mile to ensure the blockage was sufficiently cleared. After the toilet was functional he snaked the drain again and pulled out even more debris. This is the kind of integrity you look for and we'll use Gardner again for anything we need related to plumbing!

I am the Director of Operations for multiple restaurants and Daryl has replaced two of our grease traps. Each of these jobs were incredibly challenging according to the other plumbers I received quotes. Daryl's quote was significantly less and he seemed to be more comfortable with the job than the ""other guys"". I now use Daryl whenever we have a plumbing issue. He's very friendly and always answers my calls/texts no matter the time of day or night. Daryl is honest and fair.

Daryl answered his cell phone late Saturday afternoon and although he had started his day at 6am, he was happy to help sort out a plumbing issue I created. Note that of the three plumbers I called on Saturday afternoon, the two I left messages for never even called back, so it's always nice to connect with outfits that are eager to work. Daryl was highly communicative. The repair was accomplished professionally and the fee was reasonable. Great service. Called late Friday night due to emergency leak. Daryl, the owner, showed up promptly. Problem wasn't able to be fixed, but he got the leak to stop. Followed up and was able to fix everything and work around my schedule. Service was dependable and price was reasonable. I found my plumber for future services and will highly recommend him to others.

Called and spoke to Mr. Gardner regarding two relatively simple plumbing issues that needed to be resolved. He told me to text him back with my name and address about a week ago as he needed to rush to the bank. I should have become a plumber rather than a doctor, as it seems plumbers in San Diego spend more time at the bank than they do on the job! Called him back today and he said he couldn't understand me. He didn't try to call me back! As I said business must be great for plumbers!

My shower broke one night a few weeks back and being a new homeowner I had no idea who to call. I googled plumbers in my area and Gardner Plumbing came up. I called first thing in the morning and they were able to come out later that morning to see what the problem was. Later on that day they sent me a very reasonable repair estimate so I scheduled an appointment to get the work done. Even though they said they could repair it right away, it wasn't an emergency because I have another shower. So I scheduled an appointment for several days later. They came out and repaired the cartridge inside my shower and it works great now. Honest, hassle free and very friendly is the only way to describe Gardner Plumbing. Now I know who to call next time I have an issue.
