We called in for out water heater to be replaced and they got on it and got it done in timely manner.
Very professional work by Mike. He went further and beyond to make sure the works got done right. Very friendly guy to work with.
Great pricing too.

Gardenhouse was hired through our foundation repair company to perform a hydrostatic test. There was some initial trouble locating our sewer clean out, and the Gardenhouse crew did a great job of explaining all of the potential implications very clearly. They were very prompt, completed the test successfully, *and* they did an additional line check and found a separated pipe where my sewer egress meets the city's system. They then contacted the city on my behalf to get that scheduled, since this particular separation was city responsibility and thankfully not mine. I was very impressed with them from start to finish.

These guys are absolutely the best. They work hard and give real solid advice. They treat us like family, always looking out for us. We had a hot water heater go out and within 2 hours they were on site and had it replaced in a matter of a couple of hours. This is the only plumber we will ever use.

The reason I do not recommended this company is because in my experience this company does "shady" business in partnership with crooked Douglas Foundation repair(https://www.facebook.com/DouglasFoundationSolutions)
Douglas Foundation repair add me to their contract they do plumbing test (part of the products list) but doesn't clearly disclose or explain that there is a condition to the plumbing test and the company they work with (Gardenhouse) will charge you $2000+ for it.
The reason I'm holding garden house plumbing company accountable is because they should, prior to the foundation work, check to see if they have what is needed for the hydrostatic plumbing test and quote how much it will cost if there is will a cost. With that making the home owner aware of how much to expect to pay and giving the opportunity to choose to continue with the foundation work or choose another contractor. When there is a condition to the test and that this condition voids the warranty the lack of transparency is a total disregard and disrespect with the consumer. Marco Munoz did a great job explaining but only provided this explanation of the hydrostatic plumbing test per my request after the foundation work was done and I found out I'd get no warranty for it. This should have been provided along with the contract since Douglas Foundation assigns then to do the testing. If they are a reputable company and respect their customers I hope they will stop doing business in partnership with crooked, dishonest Douglas Foundation repair.

use at your own risk. hired this company to diagnose where the leak was after a foundation lift. they were at my house for a total of 6 hours. weren't able to make a determination for half the house and claimed there were no leaks on the side of the house that had a tunnel under it for foundation work so i had it backfilled. turned out there were two leaks within a couple of feet of the tunnel so their incorrect information is costing me thousands of extra dollars . Marcus is a super slick salesman and sounds great but don't believe him. he said they would refund what they charged me and it's been weeks and i haven't been refunded a dime.

I haven't had work done by them yet but I sure will after a few conversations with Marcus.
I called w request for a service that is for a somewhat complicated issue.
Marcus went out of his way to help me get scheduled today and shared his expertise w me.
This is the kind of service provider I am always looking for - attentive, honest, helpful, thorough, and competent. Marcus seems to be all.
Hopefully, this is representative of the company culture and staff.
Thank you.

Though I didn't wind up using Gardenhouse for the extensive drain line repairs needed, I'm compelled to give a 5 Star Review based on Marcos' clarity of communication, timely replies to email or voicemail inquiries, and the detailed scope of work description provided in their estimate. I met Marcos when Gardenhouse was contracted by my foundation company to conduct the post-completion drain line hydrostatic testing. Their test results were accurate and I'm confident Marcos & team would've delivered!

I cannot say enough good things about Marcos and Gardenhouse Plumbing. I hired them to replace my cast iron pipes in 2021.
Marcos loves his craft, which is one reason I selected Gardenhouse. Marcos will really educate you on the work and the job so you know what you are buying. As issues cropped up during the job (no fault of Marcos) he carefully explained options and alternatives.
Marcos and his crew were great to have around. They were always on schedule and they left a fairly clean jobsite.
The price was definitely competitive.
There were some issues during the job due to the city providing incorrect information. Marcos was patient while I held up the job to try and persuade the city to fix the problem. He then helped me out with the pricing as the city mistake cause a significant change. This was very kind of Gardenhouse. Marcos also prepared detailed split bills so I could try to charge my insurance.
I will continue to bring my business to Gardenhouse and recommend them to others.

We had a tree root that grew into our house's main drain line. It caused a blockage, and our downstairs toilet overflowed.
Called Marcos at Gardenhouse. He came out on Christmas Eve yesterday to remove our flower bed, dig up our drain line, and replace it.
His price was also way under the other two quotes we got!
I'll be using these guys for all my plumbing in the future.

So these guys installed our shower head valve kit backwards and didn't open the stops fully so we had like no shower pressure for months. Finally we got a new plumber who opened it back up and discovered there was a cartridge that was installed backwards and the stops were only partially open, not allowing water to come through. So what would usually be a five minute shower takes double time due to the flow of water being really slow and weak. We had been using these guys for years and they will not guarantee their work nor will they return calls. I try very hard not to write negative reviews unless it's warranted, and I'm afraid that after thousands of dollars later, they don't want our money now--ever since we said they messed up with the shower. If they had done what was right and made an effort to warranty what they did wrong, I would not have written this review. It's just sad that customer loyalty means so little!
