I gave Gardenhouse a try because of the yelp reviews but service was not good. Marcus did come out to take a look at our problem of a leaking sewer line but never followed up. I called back and he said he would email estimate again and it never came. My reason for the bad review was simply lack of follow up from Gardenhouse. If you don't want the job, that's fine, but at least call or email and tell me. I never received any communication from Gardenhouse via phone, email, or text.

Marcus & Mike installed all the plumbing from rough in to finish out on my new construction modern house. They took special care installing my speciality high end fixtures and were always friendly. Mike also helped me install my kegerator & beer taps. These guys are fast, on time & know what they're doing. I highly recommend Gardenhouse Plumbing for any plumbing project.

I searched yelp for quality plumbers for a commercial job that I needed to have done. I called a few different companies to get bids on the job, including these guys. I met with Marcos and he gave me a rundown of what he thought needed to happen to complete my job. I felt his quote was fair and he seemed quite knowledgeable when explaining it all to me... but didn't talk over my head like I found a few of the other companies did.

Long story short, Marcos and Mike exceeded my expectations and did the type of quality work that makes me feel confident recommending them to my friends and other Yelpers.

Worst company ever !! Ok, before you think I am whining ( apparently yelpers assume things), lemme tell you what happened.
I called Marcus last Friday to fix a leak in my home, and he said he would do it Saturday at time and a half. So I gave him my number and asked him to call me on Saturday when he was ready. He calls me, says he will "show up sometime", never calls back.
Then I called him Monday and left him a VM, no response.
I called him today (Tues) and the guy picks up the phone and talks like a drunk, and is hamming on me saying umm yeah whatever. Who the hell does he think he is?
Never ever calling him again or recommending him to anyone. I don't know how people expect their business to survive with an attitude like this.

I had a couple of issues going on, none of them extremely urgent but Marcos made it over within a couple of hours. He was professional and fast and less expensive than most plumbers! I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Actually had the work done a few months ago but am finally getting around to this. Anyway they were professional and did the work at a very fair price. I have had the misfortune of being way over charged by Clark Kent so this is a huge difference. They are working for themselves and so you don't have to deal with all of the sneaky fees etc. that the bigger guys seem to inflict on you.

So in short, good work and fairly priced and pleasant to work with.

Over the holiday weekend I noticed a wet spot on my carpet right outside my bathroom. I called Garden House Plumbing this morning and talked to Marcos. They came out and found the problem, went and got the parts and fixed it in about an hour. The price was more than reasonable and the service was great. I was really nervous when I first saw we had a plumbing problem because I thought it was gonna be SO expensive but not only was it reasonable it was quick and the service was great. My husband said he was so impressed he was gonna put a recommendation on our neighborhood associations yahoo group. I'm so thankful for the speedy and awesome service!

The work was done, but it took way too long. We had a 3 hour job turn into 9 hours because of not having the right tools, parts, etc......
These guys are probably awesome at fixing toilets and simple jobs. Although, Im sure that they take longer to do that too.
Marcus was referred to me by my plumber. They had apprenticed under him so I assumed they were well trained and honest. My Plumber was out of pocket to complete a job we had had on our schedule for awhile. On Friday that job had become an emergency and so he told me to call Marcus and Mike. Marcus was very nice as well as Mike. We had already put parts on hold for my plumber to use I knew how much they were. My plumber also quoted me a time and price that I may expect to pay.
Mike took 9 hours to do a 3 hour job. And the price tag was unbelievable!
Mike seemed confused the whole time he was were there. I had even commented a few times about how slow Mike was moving. It took him 5 hours to drill a hole that took me ( a female) around 30minutes. He did not have the right bit and it was like he was chiseling away with a toothpick.
Marcus showed up a few times to check in, on one account figured out he had bought the wrong pipe so went back to return it and buy the right one.
At the beginning of the project after showing Mike one of our plans I asked him if he knew how to run the line and he shook his head and said he had no idea. My Plumber showed up on his lunch break because he was in the area and showed Mike how to do the job.
Which diminished my confidence in the guy. I should have gone with my instincts because I knew at that point, even though Marcus was very happily saying , "I already have bought the parts, don't worry we will get you up and running" I should have told him to take his parts back.
After 9 hours of turtle like pace to re install a perfectly well functioning hand sink I was charged 105.00 per hour plus overcharged on parts and even charged a DESIGN FEE of 259.00. Something they said was standard because he had to "lay it out". The space is literally 3ft square and I had already had the plan described to them by my plumber.
I was quoted a fair price by my plumber for a job that would take around 3 hours, only to have Marcus hand me a half scribbled out page with a total at the bottom of it that almost made me and my staff pass out. 1200.00!!!!!!!!! He laughed and joked about having 7 kids to feed. Then explained that he has to overcharge on parts but then said he under charged on parts. I knew exactly how much the parts were because I had already ordered them...... Then He admitted to not doing any work so he took his fee off. I got him down to 900.00 which is still way over what I would have spent if I had just waited one more day for my Plumber.

I'm sure all the awesome reviews are because these guys are really nice.
They are very charming. Just like a Car salesman can be.

Marcos and Mike are beyond amazing! We had a nightmare of a plumbing issue last Friday. Our landlord insisted that he could not get a plumber to our house until Monday. That's when took matters into our own hands. I got on Yelp and saw the outstanding reviews for Gardenhouse Plumbing. We called and Marcos he and his partner Mike came out at 7 pm on a Friday night to check out our situation. Mike and Billy (another awesome employee) promptly returned when they said they would and had the job completed in the snap of a finger. They are extremely knowledgeable and I can sleep comfortably knowing that our problem is fixed. They're also really easy going guys that we truly liked having around! I will never call another plumbing company in the future. These are our go to guys!
