I cannot rave ENOUGH. I live in an RV with my husband and toddler, and we had a very unfortunate mishap where the front jacks on our leveling system gave out under us and would not retract. I called around the area for hours looking for someone to come help me out. I knew I just needed the front right jack removed so that I could get the rest of the jacks up + haul off to a service center, as the unit was still drivable and we didn't need a tow. I was looking at a 2 hour wait and at least $300..which I couldn't afford at all. Parke from Garden Spot was our SAVIOR! He arrived within 30 mins and fixed us up within 30 mins. So helpful, very honest and kind, efficient and affordable. If we're ever in the area again in need of help, this is the ONLY call we will make. THANK YOU GARDEN SPOT!

We had an appointment for first thing in the morning and we were okay that there was an emergency and we got bumped til 12:30. Then it was 2 PM and as long as issue being fixed that was okay. Our AC is low on freon.

We paid them to check for leaks 10 months ago and recharge system.. That was about $800. Now there are ""new leaks"". while they did not do the install, I was understanding of that and wanted the leaks repaired and system re-charged. but the tech said he could not stay as he had other people to get to... So my appointment does not matter. He would stay 60-90 minutes to refill freon for $500, but when the repairs are done in a few weeks, we will have to pay that again as it will leak out when connection is being fixed.

Why is my appointment that was already bumped of lower priority than everyone else's? We WERE willing to pay for repairs and re-fill, but to blow me off to go to another call and want me to pay to re-charge system 2x at higher cost than the normal fee I can find everywhere on-line. We are done now. Hope you enjoy your $95 service charge.

Another company told us our a/c had a leak and said just to replace the whole thing. Garden Spot searched for the leak, found it, and fixed it. Did a great, thorough job and saved us a bunch of money compared to replacement. Very professional. Totally satisfied.

The tech was called for a noisy unit. He spent 2 hours looking at it and couldn't fix it. He offered to replace it for $1700. He billed us $270 for doing nothing. We had someone else come out who looked at the unit and found a bent tube and fixed the unit in 10 minutes. Very poor experience with this company.

I called to have someone come out and give me an estimate for some A/C install work. I talked to Dean and he said he would call back to set up a time. That was 3 weeks ago. No response. If they are too busy or don't want to do it they could at least call and say so. ""0 stars""
