I called Garcia's Plumbing with a shower issue, and the owner, Robert, was extremely helpful and professional. Luckily for me, Robert called back right away and was able to walk me through some possible issues, which I was able to fix that night. By comparison, other companies either did not respond OR wanted to charge OT ($195 an hour), so Robert really went out of his way to help. I was referred to Mr. Garcia by a a friend. My main shut off and hot water heater valve was broken. After calling Mr. Garcia, he came out the next day. He fixed both valves and came in under the quoted price. Something that I wasnt expecting. I will use him for future jobs and would reccomend him to others.

After calling almost a dozen local plumbers mr. Garcia was the first to answer the phone!!! He scheduled me as soon as he could. Every year the roots of the huge city tree gets into the pipes outside my house. This was the best experience I have had with a plumber!!! Robert Garcia has solved two plumbing emergencies for me this year, responding quickly and stopping further water damage in both instances. He installed a new hot water heater earlier this year. My most recent emergency was a burst water pipe in the ceiling of my kitchen. He instructed me over the phone how to turn off the main water line, and quickly arrived to remove the bad pipe and capped the line. This stopped any further water damage, and allowed me to turn the water to my house back on so I wouldn't be without water, while I file a homeowners insurance claim. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. He takes the time to explain the problem, and communicates well. He is pleasant and professional. He was highly recommended to me by a friend, and now I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great plumber!

Normally I don't write too many reviews but today is an exception. A couple nights ago my 5 yr old son clogged our toilet. After spending several hours trying to unclog with a snake and plunger I finally accepted the fact that I needed a professional. I called 4 plumbers and received no calls back. Finally 1 answered. Robert was in the middle of a job so he had me text info and we set a 9 o'clock appt for the next day. He showed up on time and got straight to work. It was packed so full of paper that the toilet needed to come off. He got straight to work and had it fixed in know time. A lot of professionals would've tried to milk the job. Not Robert. He got it done quick and I was pleasantly surprised when he handed me the bill. He was more than fair. He is an owner operator that is a 1 man show. I highly recommend him and will use him in the future.
