it is really hard to find good contractors in Palm Desert. I have used García Plumbing on two occasions. They replaced outside water Spicket/faucets for me and the price was extremely reasonable and they gave me a really nice ones that I wanted. Second issue was capping and cutting and soddering off pipes that were in a wall that needed to go. On both occasions I had Diego As the plumber and he is super professional, clean with his work, and anytime I've written Joe the owner, he texts back promptly and confirms. I would Highly recommend Garcia plumbing to anyone. They are also super reasonable! I am a fan!

Would not hire him. Sneaky change his tone during his inspection its as if he became a different person. Abrasive, angry and became upset. I felt unsafe in his presence. Would not trust this company for any business whatsoever

Our toilets flooded with in 24 hours of us moving into our home. Being a newbie to the neighborhood I had no idea who to call. Luckily I called Joe and his team. They were wonderful. They came the following morning 7 am sharp. It helped clear the issue. Garcia was kind, knowledgeable, true hero that day for us.

Just completed a new hot water system. Garcia suggested a navien tankless water heater. They removed all the old hot water equipment and disposed of it while at the same time their dedicated and professional team installed the new equipment. The system looks great and brings hot water immediately to our bathrooms,kitchen and other sinks. Each day they cleaned up neatly and now we are proud to recommend them to our friends who are thinking about a new hot water system.

Joe Garcia is a big talker. Walks around, looks at things, says he will fix the issue(s) and then doesn't call and/or turns around and says he cannot do it even though you already paid for the job. I had asked him at least 6 times to snake a shower, but he never did it. He also does not taken initiative in suggesting anything that may be better even though he is supposed to be a professional. I paid for Joe to connect a fire feature, which he did but unfortunately he doesn't check his work is actually completed to see if the equipment is functional. For instance, putting in a new water heater but neglecting to turn it on. Putting a fire feature in but neglecting to see if it works. He has time to chit chat though.

GARCIA PLUMBING is the best in the Coachella Valley! They are professional, skilled, actually answer the phone when you need them in an emergency plumbing situation, show up exactly when promised and do a great job! I have needed them twice and have received excellent service both times. Joe and Diego area great team!

So happy I found these guys. I had a last minute job that needed to be completed for a rental property and they were quick to schedule an appointment. They got the job done very quickly, just in time for the new tenants prior to move-in, and for a very reasonable price. Great turnaround time considering it was the Friday morning of Coachella festival, a very busy weekend here. They are also very warm and professional people whom you can tell don't cut corners. Joe has great customer service skills and the guy working with him was wonderful. I'm new to the area and just purchased the rental property and they gave me a lot of helpful local recommendations. My husband liked them too.

I was a mess when my kitchen sink clogged. I tried everything to unclog it. Joe and Diego were great they came over unclogged the pipe. Explained to me where the clog was and how to prevent it. They also offered to clean up the mess I made. You don't get service like this anymore.

Josh got back to me and mailed me a check to pay for the drywall repairs. Maybe he saw my earlier review? Nonetheless, I won't use them again. Since he did finally reimburse me, and the workmanship was good, I'm upgrading my rating to 3 stars.
