I really needed to get my mothers garbage disposal repaired we had already had it replaced twice and our landlord was starting to complain. My mother believes she can put just about anything in the disposal including bones (which always end up breaking it). I called and Bobby helped fix our problem and explained to my mother how to properly use the disposal. It is a great convenience and saves us on having too much waste. I just had to share my gratitude for Ted and the rest of the team at Garbage Disposal Paramedics! I was worried that I had done some real damage to my disposal and that I would have to replace it. I had accidentally broken a mug in the sink and thought I had cleaned it up pretty well, but nope I was wrong. Thankfully a friend turned me on to this company and so I gave them a call. They were very professional and polite and sent someone right over. I was so relieved that they were able to get it working again! Whatever magic they managed to use, they saved me from buying a whole new one so it was totally worth it. Thanks again!

My girlfriend and her family are always over at our place and they love to cook. We usually have barbecues with about 30+ people almost every weekend. The continuous feed disposal unit that i bought a couple of years ago was completely worth the money. However a couple of weeks ago during the meal prep for a party the garbage disposal just stopped mid disposal. I looked up all the common troubleshooting tips and none of them seemed to work. After spending half the day trying to figure out the problem i gave up and decided to call for help(should have called earlier). My coworker recommended Garbage Disposal paramedics and so i gave them a call.

Jason, who is one of their plumbing techs was really friendly and professional. He showed up with all the tools, and it only took him a few minutes to pin point the problem and then he got to work. He was efficient, knew exactly what he was doing and was also kind enough to walk us through everything he was doing. It was refreshing to have someone like Jason come over and not only quickly fix the problem but also give us some basic pointers on how to avoid such a situation in the future.

Garbage disposal Paramedics literally saved the party. They were very reasonable with their pricing too. I recommend them to anyone having problems with their garbage disposal units. Quick, affordable and great customer service. A big thank you and definitely 5 stars from me.

I had a garbage disposal that self destructed about a week ago. I decided to buy a direct replacement (same make and supposedly model) but there were differences between the old and new model. As a result I needed someone that could replace this and had all the tools and parts necessary.

I called and left a message for the paramedics on a Monday night and got a response first thing Tuesday morning. I was told by the girl doing the scheduling that I would be taken care of today. Well time was running out and it was already 5:00 pm and I was thinking they must have had a major job and I was pushed from the schedule. Nope that was not the case. I was called at about 5:10 pm and was told the plumber was on his way. About 30 minutes later Paul arrived, looked under the sink and got right to work. He finished the job real quick which probably saved me about a dozen trips to Home Depot if I tried to accomplish the same task.

Paul was very professional, checked all his work and left the area very clean. I really appreciated them coming out this late. I really liked the service the Paramedics provided and will use them again without hesitation.

I was having some issues with my garbage disposal. When I flipped the switch it made a humming noise but nothing was turning. I called up the Garbage Disposal Paramedics and they were super helpful! They said they could send someone out the same afternoon! When one of the plumbers Jason arrived, he was super friendly and worked quickly. He even showed me what to do if it happened again. Great company and would definitely recommend to friends or family.

My garbage disposal was making this clinking sound for a few weeks and then stopped working altogether out of nowhere. Called up Garbage Disposal Paramedics (mostly because I liked the name and my disposal did need some love) and They sent someone over the next day! Ted was the man, showed up right on time, and got right to work. After fifteen minutes of disposal cpr (no mouth to mouth necessary), it was running like new! Not sure what magic he pulled, but super happy I gave them a shot and at a great rate too :)

While using my garbage disposal, it started making a grinding noise and I discovered that part of the blade had torn loose. Called these guys and got an estimate over the phone and was told that they could have a plumber out to replace and install that afternoon (it was already 3:00 PM). At about 4:00 PM the plumber arrived and gave me a price for replacing the garbage disposal including the price for the disposal and the labor to install. We agreed on the price and they began removing the old one, then replaced with the new one and then cleaned up all signs of their work. It was a good experience and I would recommend them again. I do think that the price was high as could have obtained a garbage disposal cheaper I'm sure, but the rapid response time and the quickness of the work was worth something as I just wanted it fixed so I wouldn't have to worry about it

The initial installation of the replacement garbage disposal went well, but after the plumber had left a leak developed from one of the PVC pipes that had been reattached to the disposal. I contacted the Garbage Disposal Paramedics as soon as I found the leak(later that same day) and advised them of the leak. They weren't able send anyone that day, but arrangements were made to send another plumber out the next morning.

When that plumber arrived he verified that there was a leak and after removing the pipe and cleaning off some of the threads on the pipes fitting the leak ceased after the pipe was reattached. This work was done at no additional charge.

Charles is the best! I needed some last minute ASAP plumbing help when my garbage disposal suddenly wouldn't come on.
I spoke to Charles who walked me through how to do the repair myself. Turns out all I had to do is hit the reset button under the garbage disposal. THANK YOU CHARLES!
