I agree with the first review. Do not use this company. Marcus Gaona the owner of the company refuses to honor warranty or fix work that was just poorly done. He was paid in full but we had to hire another company to complete what he was paid to complete

I hired Gaona's plumbing to repipe my entire house, and also to replace our water heater. Usually I'm very skeptical about plumbers due to being scammed by other plumbing company's (and being overcharged for fee's I wasn't notified about) in the houston area. However, Marcus Gaona did an AMAZING job repiping our home AND replacing our water heater. Unlike most plumbers he actually took the time to explain what he was exactly going to do, and didn't have any hidden fee's. Also knowing that he's a certified Master Plumber really helped keep my husbands and i's mind at ease.
It's great to finally have great plumbing in our home, I will DEFINITELY be contacting them for any plumbing services we will need in the future.

I was referred to Marcus by a co worker. He and his team replaced a hot water heater. They were very nice and stayed to complete the job even though it took longer than expected.

Do not use this company. Marcus told me the job will take few days on site but it told them over a month. Will not answer texts or phone calls. I have to hire another plumber to come to warranty work less than 10 days after water heater installation. To be fair he did came back few days after installation for a gas leak of the heater which he should have check, but will not come back for the thermocouple replacement. I will be placing a complain to the Texas broad of plumbing.
