Its unfortunate they dont offer zero stars as an option. Stay very clear of owner Mr. Ganz... Extremely rude is as polite as I can be. Talks to you as if your a 2yrs old and has the personality of a soda can. Lady who answer phones however is pleasant.

No stars really, for a company that has a very convoluted pricing policy...$98 for first 1/2 hr and then prorated by quarter hour? And the receptioniist could not specifically say how much the prorated amount is! You have to do the math, and is it based on $196 divided by 4? Aka $98 divided by 2? So $49 for each 15 min, then why did she say with a laugh, """"oh I guess about $24.00 a quarter"""". ? Huh? I called another plumber I've used for a past faucet repair for $95 which took an hour and guess what, now they will come out, give a FREE estimate and leave if you don't want them. Their pricing is BY THE JOB not by the hour. Much better since you aren't watching the clock while the guy tries to figure out his """"ass from his elbow!""""

Tried installing a toilet on my own and ended up getting in over my head. Looked at one other company before calling Ganz but this other company was shady about their pricing. Mary was straightforward and up front. She was kind and answered my many questions over several calls. Coty came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and explained everything to me as he did the work. I definitely would recommend Ganz Plumbing and plan to do business with them again in the future.

After going through several other plumbers and plumbing companies who gouged me or cancelled appointments, Ganz is the only one I'll actually store in my phone contacts. They are wonderful from beginning to end. Their pricing is fair, and their people that come out to do the work are honest and courteous; example: I suggested replacing something, and the plumber recommended fixing it instead and saved me a ton of money. Because of this honesty and very reasonable prices, I've recommended them to all my family and friends.

When I woke up to find water all over the floor in my bathroom (the toilet was leaking water), I knew I needed help, but dreaded calling a plumber. I was worried about the cost, of course, but also about finding a company that was honest and fair. It's my only bathroom, so I did my research online and decided on Ganz Plumbing. They had great reviews and I also liked the fact that they are family owned and operated and have been in business since 1976. In South Florida, that means something! My first impression of the company was through Rose in the office, who was very professional and had a great personality. She told me that they could have a man out to me the following day. Allan came out the next afternoon and was also friendly, professional and efficient. He located the problem quickly and was able to fix it on the spot. I asked questions and he answered them happily, with no attitude issues at all or anything of that nature. No talking down to me because I'm female. He was absolutely great, with a sense of humor to match! Once he solved my toilet problem, he asked if there was anything else with the plumbing that I was concerned about. I had a spray nozzle on the sink in my kitchen that had been leaking whenever I turned the faucet on. All he did was look at it, remove the nozzle and screw it back on and it's been working fine ever since. No leaking. So, apparently, Allan performs magic, as well. Even better---the cost was much less than I had anticipated. Ganz Plumbing is, indeed, the fair and honest company that I was looking for. I've already recommended them to friends and family and I will use them from now on whenever I have a plumbing issue (not that I want one). Thank you Rose and Allan for taking care of me!

Needed to have an old leaky toilet replaced and took a chance on Ganz Plumbing due to the excellent Yelp rating and reviews. It's been 2wks now and I've been meaning to post this to say that we are very happy with both service provided and total price of job. I work in customer service and always look for, recognize and appreciate good service when I receive it and from the beginning with Rosemary's pleasant phone etiquette to Al the Plumber's communication with me and doing a great job with perfectionist standards, I must say they exceeded our expectations and we will recommend and call them again if need be! Awesome!!!!! The plumber was very skilled and friendly! All around good home grown type of guy! The price was not bad either..... Everything in the house fixed in a short period of time!
