I had a great experience with this company. They came out, explained to me what needed to be done, and completed the repair quickly in about an hour. We did not discuss price until after tbt repair was complete, however the amount sounded reasonable and they did good work. I would definitely recommend. They do only have hours until 4 pm and no weekends so it difficult to schedule if you work outside the home.

I contacted Ganz Plumbing to see if they could come to replace an old toilet in my master bathroom. They came to my house the same day and took care of the issue. The plumber was professional and super courteous. The price of the service was more than fair. I will call them again whenever I need further assistance.

I had an outside water spicket leaking (the handle needed to be replaced) & I got 4 quotes. The cheapest quote was $299.00 but I knew nothing about the companies & I felt the prices were very high. I called Ganz & they sent someone out (I didn't have to be there since it was out front). The quote was significantly lower & we set up the service. The repair is done & it came in exactly as quoted. Being a single woman I was concerned since you always hear horror stories of being taken advantage of. In this case I was very happy & will not hesitate to use them again.

Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining. * Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further. * Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested. * Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.

STAY AWAY!!! $400.00 for a $90.00 garbage disposal plus installation?? I understand there is a reasonable installation fee but $300.00 plus to install a garbage disposal? There are too many reputable plumbers out there. Unfortunately I relied on my realtor for a referral and it backfired. I ended up hiring an HONEST company and got the job done for $165.00. Beware of this company. I wish I had looked up all there reviews first as I would have seen all the 0-1 star reviews.

We had previously used Ganz for a job and were very pleased. They had stood behind their repair. All I can say about my latest experience is that it was most unfortunate. I agree with a posting about the excessive charges. Bills are not itemized. The plumber frightened me. That is the nicest thing I can say. Even posting this concerns me. I have never had such a negative repair experience.

I was so very impressed with this company! The owner was very helpful on the phone. The plumber, Kevin, came out within a couple hours, called first as I had asked, and did an awesome job for a very fair price! I was actually expecting this to me a nightmare job but he fixed my leaky shower and was out of the house in less than 45 minutes! He took the time to explain everything to me and told me to call back if there were any issues as the new parts are under warranty. I couldn't be happier and I wouldn't use anyone else going forward! Thank you!!

Its unfortunate they dont offer zero stars as an option. Stay very clear of owner Mr. Ganz... Extremely rude is as polite as I can be. Talks to you as if your a 2yrs old and has the personality of a soda can. Lady who answer phones however is pleasant.

No stars really, for a company that has a very convoluted pricing policy...$98 for first 1/2 hr and then prorated by quarter hour? And the receptioniist could not specifically say how much the prorated amount is! You have to do the math, and is it based on $196 divided by 4? Aka $98 divided by 2? So $49 for each 15 min, then why did she say with a laugh, """"oh I guess about $24.00 a quarter"""". ? Huh? I called another plumber I've used for a past faucet repair for $95 which took an hour and guess what, now they will come out, give a FREE estimate and leave if you don't want them. Their pricing is BY THE JOB not by the hour. Much better since you aren't watching the clock while the guy tries to figure out his """"ass from his elbow!""""
