MY powder room toilet had a leak from the bottom that was caused by one of the bolts that secures the toilet having broken. I saw some good reviews in a local chat site and called Gannon. Mark was very cordial and patient with me, answered all my questions, gave me a rough estimate (which was spot on) and had a man out to me that day. I knew that the toilet had to be removed to replace the bolts, and the wax seal replaced too. A messy job, right? But the plumber completely cleaned up after finishing the repair. Gannon plumbing will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

It may seem petty to post a bad review based on the receptionist, but I think it's fair game for services like plumbing. Whoever answered the phone made me feel like a real idiot when I asked what I thought was a very simple question about a plumbing issue.

If the receptionist goes out of her way to make the homeowner feel stupid and uninformed, I think it's reasonable to worry about the owner doing the same thing.

Of all times, late Friday night I had an issue w/my hot water heater. I called a few plumbers listed alphabetically on Google search, Gannon being one of them. Out of about 6 calls placed, only 2 returned my call within a reasonable amount of time, Gannon being one of them. I explained my situation to Mark, he gave me a realistic time frame of when a tech could make it to my home and then charged me an incredibly affordable rate. It was one of the easiest transactions I've ever had. Thanks Gannon!!!
