I contacted Jesus on behalf of my Mother through Yelp request quote feature. I asked Jesus for a quote and for his availability and it turned out his pricing and timing were going to be perfect. My mother was having a severe plumbing issue and accidentally broke off the valve under the bathroom sink and had to turn off the plumbing to the entire house. I contacted Jesus around 11AM and he was able to be to their house by 4PM the same day which happened to be Saturday on Memorial Day weekend.

When Jesus was on his way he called to notify us that he was going to be early and arrived shortly after the phone call about 15 minutes before the original appointment time. This was perfect because my Mom had been running back and forth to the hospital as my Dad had been admitted a couple days prior. He came in and got down to business was very polite and explained everything very well. Swapped out all the necessary parts and cleaned up after every single step. My mom had a faucet that she wanted to have installed and he did that too. My Mother loved his service so much that she plans to retain Jesus as her personal Plumber and hire him for her next kitchen sink project. Thanks Jesus!!!

Jesus did a fantastic job and I wouldn't be able to recommend him enough. I first had him come out to install (after a competitive bid) a water softener for my house. While installing he noticed something may be amiss so he got under the house to make sure the water lines were coming in correctly (they were) and, while doing so, noticed there was a leak from a sewage line under the house. The leak had been written up in the home inspection report but I had completely forgot about. Fast forward to today, Jesus came out again and fixed the leaking pipe. He also noticed there must be a leaking toilet somewhere in house and he was correct. There is a toilet that occasionally sounds like the tank is topping off so he lowered the water level in all of them and told me if I hear it again to give him call. We've now got soft water and no leaks. Excellent work.

Wow! I used the submit bid option through Yelp. Jesus got me a bid in about 20 minutes and was available to install a new toilet on the same day. I had to wait a couple of days until I brought one, though I know he could have done this as well. He came out today and got the job done. Charge was very reasonable! He will be the one I call for any plumbing concerns in Santa Cruz.

I haven't had much experience with plumbers but after consulting with various plumbers around the area, Jesus Galvan really stood out. He was very professional and responded promptly to my questions and gave me a very good quote. On the day he came, he was on time, which I appreciate a lot, and was extremely efficient. He did not take advantage of us and fixed the issue immediately without trying to oversell us. I will definitely continue to be a costumer.

Jesus Galván had the best response time of any company we've tried. Did a great job and communicated with us about what they needed to do while they were working. We called about a leaky water heater. Turned out it was leaky 40 year old pipes going to the water heater. They had to go through the kitchen flore, because of how the house was built, to get to the pipes. Jesus and his worker got through the whole job in a couple of hours. Gave us a nice estimate for replacing other pipes going in and out of the water softener. Looking forward to have him help us with that job.
