Aaron saved my sanity when a different plumber never showed up. He came on time to disconnect and then reconnect my sink, insinkerator, and dishwasher on the scheduled days. He had the tools and the parts he needed. He was pleasant, and even went to pick up a soap dispenser and installed it. Now my new counters and sink are in and when he finished connecting everything, he cleaned up and everything works great. I would and will be calling them for service should I need them again. He did a great job for me going above and beyond my service needs. Thank you Aaron for a job well done.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. Don't waste your time and money on this place. We were first lied to repeatedly by the installer, and they left without properly hooking up our waterheater under the house, guess they didn't think I would check. Called the man in charge at the office, and I was lied to by him also. Paid 45$ for a county inspection, that never happened, huh wonder where that money went. Finally had to get someone else out here to finish hooking up our waterheater. They laughed it off and we didn't get an apology or explanation. I will never have this company on my property again!

Galloway has always had the highest integrity whenever I have worked with them, I would freely recommend them to anyone needing a professional plumber.

I am frustrated that I cannot give a zero or worse. The plumbing work ended up being way more than quoted, and the end product was ugly.

I paid for a install for a dishwasher purchased at Lowes. Galloway plumbing evidently has the contract with Lowes. My wife called to set up the appointment and the person she talked to was very cocky and rude. She asked if she could have a few minutes to clean the area after removing the old dishwasher. The man on the phone replied ""that depends on how nice you are to me"". This leans heavily on sexual harassment and demand for ???? This is totally unprofessional and possibly illegal. We are checking with our lawyer. We cancelled the install and I will be meeting with the manager of lowes today.

Showed up to the job ill prepared, used my parts and materials in a manner such that I couldn't take things back they didn't need. Stood in my shower and got it filthy, then tracked that through the house. Additionally, the water from the shower caused my Year and a half old daughter to fall and hit her head. I called to discuss and they are ignoring my call and not returning my call. Disappointing.

Don't typically leave reviews but feel obligated to in this situation. I had Galloway come out to adjust some piping for a bathroom remodel. In the process of adjusting said pipes from being bowed out to fit an old shower surround they were pushed back in flush to the wall. I guess in the pushing of the pipes into the wall the pressure cracked a PVC fitting for an adjacent bathroom's pipes that come up in that same wall. I didn't find out about the issue until a week or two later when my little boys had to take a shower (typically take baths on school nights). The fitting that was cracked was the one that feeds water up to the shower head and water was pouring through the interior wall into my lower floor. By this time my remodel project is done and that bathroom now has been tiled and finished. Galloway comes out to see what happened and I am immediately told that it isn't their fault and they will not take responsibility for any of it. So, in the process of spending all this money renovation a bathroom, I now have to tear apart another bathroom to get into the wall and fix and absorb the cost of the technician's mistake. Spoke to management who said that while it's ironic that a fitting that is inches away from where they were just working magically fails a week later, they can't and will not assume responsibility for it. Be very careful in the people you choose to perform work inside your home! Obviously we'll be using other plumbers going forward.
