Had some plumbing issues when we moved into our new home. The gas company had found two leaks in our gas line it had to be turned off our gas so we had no furnace or oven. Called them immediately and they actually came out the next day. Took all day to figure out a solution for our problem, we decided to completely replace the entire pipe underneath our house. With the weather being in the 30s and 40s, our house was chilling but not terribly cold. We paid $1100 and after day 1, he could not finish-he ran out of supplies. Came back for day 2 and finished the job. Called the gas company back out to turn us back on. The plumber did not complete the job to code according to the Gas company. He missed 2 very important code items. Called them back for day 3 to make it up to code. They finished and we called again- the gas company came back out- refused to turn us on again because the line was still leaking gas. Came back for day 4 and I would not let him leave until the gas company turned our gas backed on. Tried to call the office several times no response. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN

Galloway-Beck installed a replacement water heater a few years ago. It failed in November 2018 due to misinstallation according to the latest installers. The water drain for the exhaust (high efficiency water heater) was not connected back up to the new water heater. The drain was capped off allowing condensation to run back into the burner and ruining the burner and a sensor. It was undetected until it failed.

Additionally, the installation by Galloway-beck was overcharged as compared to the estimate I was given including replacement stainless steel connectors that were never installed. I never pursued it at the time.

I suggest you get a professional to install your equipment.

THE worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!! Four months ago I called, because there is a recall on my ac unit that I purchased from them. They said they would call back when they got the parts in a week or so. Never again!!!!!!!! TERRIBLE.

They replaced water heater in new house - and we've had to have them back out twice to fix issues they didn't completely fix - that they said they had fixed. Valve wasn't replaced - when they replaced - they left it leaking all over the floor - safety piping for the pressure valve was half-a$$ed as well - and just left to run over the floor - instead of routing to the drain pipe. Leak in electrical box wasn't fixed after first time either - when they returned - they just plastered silicone all over the side of the house around the box on the outside - looks like complete cr@p. Do not use this company if you expect things to be done right/properly. I will be sure to let all my friends/family know to not use this company and to spread around to everyone they know as well.

Had them come to do a $59.95 cleaning and adjustment, said I had a cracked heat exchanger. Didn't clean the furnace, left it taken apart and put the cover back on. Won't return my calls. Form your own opinion.
