"Angel" comes through again. Problem with kitchen supply line Christmas
day. 3 inches of water leaked under sink, called Gallos plumbing and they
sent out one of their best plumbers early this a.m. Assessed the problem,
fixed less than an hour. Reasonable rate, he's always friendly, explains
what the problem is, & what he's going to do. Patient, kind and so is
the secretary/receptionist there, Sherry. We are very happy with their
expertise & professionalism.

So Juan, the owner and his company charged me $225 just to come out to my property. It was to be applied to any work accepted and done. TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE!

They were supposed to provide me a fair quote. Of course, they wouldn't do so until the $225 was paid... Well the quote came in and to be frank it was ridiculous!

A) They did not provide quotes for items requested
B) The items they did quote were ridiculously priced.

He recommended I didn't install a tankless water heater and that it would be beneficial to place it basically 10-15 yards away from the existing location. The cost $1,400 labor only. Get this... And another $1,900 to install water heater. LABOR ONLY! THIS DOESN'T INCLUDE WATER HEATER!

It gets better... He also quoted me $425 to install each toilet... TOILET NOT INCLUDED!

He quoted me to run a new water main line... Why? I don't even know, it wasn't on my list. But what the hell... How much you ask??? $1,500 LABOR ONLY!

The home already has a GAS METER and GAS LINE which is right where it supposed to be and it is capped off. I asked to install it through the wall for a gas stove.

$1,800!!!!

Lol! The economy is bad... Gas Prices at an all time high... And this is how they treat potential customers.

I didn't receive quotes on several of my requests. Yet, I figured I'd get a couple quoted line items needed to make it worth it. Still pricey, but roughly $1,000.

I emailed the company three days ago... Did I get a response?!?

NOPE!

This business does not treat customers the way they want to be treated and they definitely don't have integrity. I kept my end of the bargain and yet, they reneged on their end. Services were not rendered thus far after approval.

Here's the best part. They lost out on one hell of a customer who would have used them for the next 20 to 30 projects.

Like usual... There are always those who want to get rich off of each deal.

If I can SAVE YOU $$$$$ WITH THIS POST... Then it was worth writing.

LESSON: NEVER PAY FOR A QUOTE.

Highly recommend Gallos Plumbing. The only company that helped me in my time of need. They walked me through turning off water to prevent further damage and showed me how to access water bypassing water softener. They are my go to company!

I've had them out twice. Once for an underground leak and once for a gas fireplace. Both times they came right away and did high quality work for fair prices. Professional and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I first called Gallos Plumbing in September 2021. We had a suspected leak somewhere in our foundation. We didn't have a clean out, that was the first step. They installed a clean out, determined we did have a leak, pinpointed the leak all with in a timely manner.

Our home is over 60 years old, and while all this was going on Murphy's law hit and we had to have a new water heater installed, a PRV replaced and a shower leak repaired.

Everyone at Gallos is wonderful. David is always more than willing to take the time to explain everything in full detail. Shelly , in the office, is super responsive and keeps you abreast of what is going on. Nelson the plumber is professional, detailed and friendly.

I have already recommend them to someone else in our neighborhood who had as equally great experience.

I normally don't write reviews BUT today is the EXCEPTION. Gallos plumbing should not be a 5 star company. They should be considered a 10 star and beyond company, because that's what they do, Show up and go up and beyond on their professionalism,their thoroughness and their skills in giving an awesome customer experience! My mom is an elderly ALZHEIMERS person. If it's "a bad day" She does not remember her restroom isn't working properly. Most importantly it's very dangerous if there is a leak on the floor .she does not like to leave her "safe place " home . When she heard on the speaker phone Mr Sanchez's words on what needed to be done for her restroom to be fixed , SHE UNDERSTOOD, became calm and agreed to stay at her sons house for the night. WOW !!! "ITS NOT WHAT U SAY ITS HOW YOU SAY IT " THANK YOU MR SÁNCHEZ AND YOUR GALLOS CREW for making it a "GOOD DAY"

Out bathroom sinks clogged one day before our bathroom. renovation was scheduled to start. I called Gallos office number on a Sunday afternoon and some answered listened to my issue and said he would check to see if a crew was available. He called back a few minutes later and told me a crew would be available. Barely 10 minutes later, the crew was at my door. They diagnosis and fixed the issue and the air condioning line that was the cause. Very friendly and professional. They earned their high ratings and I am adding one more!

What a great company!! They are honest and experienced. We will certainly use them again and refer them to our friends and family.

Our shower started leaking and needed the cartridge replaced. We weren't able to replace it ourselves so we called out another company who came out and without touching anything within 3 minutes told us it was going to be $700 to repair it as they needed to go in the drywall and replace everything because the cartridge was not going to come out. We were blown away. We called Gallos Plumbing and the owner, David, returned our call at 9:00 pm at night!! Without any promise of what we were going to do he spoke to us for about 10 minutes explaining different options. The next day we had Gallos Plumbing come out, Joaquin and Jonathan, and they said first let us see if we can get that cartridge out for you before we even look at opening everything up. Within minutes they had it out and were able to replace it and put everything back together. They were awesome!! They saved us hundreds of dollars and really rescued us from a bad situation. Even if we had to have had everything opened up and replaced, they beat the other ripoff company's quote hands down. What a refreshing experience! We will be calling them first next time we have any plumbing needs and will definitely refer them to friends and family. Thanks David, Joaquin and Jonathan!!
