We were moving into our 1950's home. It was our second day in the house and one of the toilets wouldn't flush, a new washer and dryer was to be delivered and the old washer was rusted to the hot and cold water taps and my husband couldn't get them off. I went to YELP and they came through for me. Gallo Plumbing was highly rated and sounded reasonably priced so I gave them a call. Could you come out before 1:00 tomorrow before they deliver the new W/D? The office manager had to check in with the owner regarding their schedule. She would call me back in 20-25 minutes, and she did! Gallo fit us in that very afternoon. Kyle arrived and saved the day. After 2 hours of work we had two new taps for the W/D, a snaked toilet, and a new hose bib in the backyard. They will be coming back to install a garbage disposal and possibly replace a bathtub. Thanks to Kyle and Gallo Plumbing for saving the day and being a fair and honest company to work with. You have a new customer!

I was referred to Gallo Plumbing through a neighbor. I just moved into my condo and had a clogged/slow bathtub drain. I called the morning after Christmas and 3 hours later they had come and gone and cleared up the problem. They were nice guys, professional and reasonably priced. We had a foul smell from under the vanity in the master bath. At first we thought dead vermin but that was not the case. We called Gallo plumbing. Spoke on the phone with the coordinator/telephone contact person, who put me in touch with Del. I had a very good exchange of texts and photos with Del, who diagnosed the problem based on the photos. Then he came two days later with Brandon, and the two of them took care of the problem. Smell gone, thankfully! A faulty """"Studor vent"""" was the culprit, not a dead rat! Thanks to Del especially for his keen understanding of the plumbing business!! We are happy in our new home for Thanksgiving, 2018!!
