Since June, 2023, I've called Gallegos Plumbing for 2 different home plumbing problems. A neighbor recently had a sewer line installed by Gallegos and I was impressed with how it went. My neighbor recommended them.

Our first problem was no water coming out faucets. Within hours of my initial call, Matt, arrived and immediately found the problem: my water softener had failed and dumped its resin pellets into our pipes, plugging most of our valves (sinks, showers, toilets, washing machine, etc.). Within a half hour of his arrival, Matt explained the cause and remedy for the problem. He set us up with a temporary water supply and scheduled a system flush for the next day. I asked him if he would be doing the work. He explained that someone else might be assigned to this job.

The next day, no Matt, Nick showed up! I must admit I was initially a little disappointed. Nick quickly proved that he knew exactly what he was doing! He would spend the next 2 days clearing lines, flushing the water heater, replacing faucet valves and installing a new system pressure valve. Nick accomplished everything that Matt described and handled any glitches that arose. His truck was well stocked with all the necessary parts and tools. He wasted no time and explained what he was doing clearly and patiently. Everything was back in working order. Thank you Nick!

My next call to Gallegos was to clear a plugged kitchen sink. Would it be Matt or Nick? It was George. George was great! In minutes he had cleared the clog. Again, there was same day service.

The 3 plumbers who came from Gallegos Plumbing were courteous, punctual knowledgeable and very down to earth people with excellent plumbing and communication skills. All billing was based on time spent on the job.

We called Gallegos Plumbing regarding a serious leak from our deck faucet. Sara and the office staff were very helpful in arranging a schedule within the shortest period of time.
Our technician Ivan was able to assess the situation which required an intrusion into the wall area to determine the leak source. The issue was complicated by older plumbing pipe which was very thin and an odd size.
Ivan was able to replace the pipe and stop the leaking within a brief time period.
We are very grateful for Ivan's personable manner in solving the problem. This is our second experience with Gallegos and we will always call Gallegos for any future plumbing problems.

Great experience from start to finish. This is a highly efficient professional business that is well organized. Calling in was a breeze and response time was quick. My water heater died and I needed help that day. I was given a widow between 2pm and 4pm. They arrived at 1:55pm exceeding my expectations. Before I agreed to the appointment I asked what is the price of replacement after I sent pictures of the water heater I currently have. Without hesitation she gave me the price out the door. I've had 2 water heaters replaced in the past where they play games and force up sales in order to do the work. Leaving a consumer no other choice but to pay more when you're stuck with no water for your house and no other water heater company is available. The technician was nice and professional. I highly recommend Gallegos for your plumbing needs.

Very happy that we went with Gallegos! Our realtor used Gallegos to perform the sewer lateral inspection when we recently purchased our home. They discovered significant issues which helped us negotiate a price reduction to cover repair work. The repair work was very expensive and we contacted multiple plumbers to validate the costs and the assessment was confirmed. Ultimately Gallegos was the best price, adapted to our preferences for resolution of the issues, and was most accommodating of our schedule needs. After six full days of work, they completed a full replacement of our underground sewer with the least amount of disruption to our new home.
Very professional crew and we will definitely be using Gallegos for all future plumbing work. In fact, we already have. We called them back out for a garbage disposal install and for a gas leak on our water heater. Again, more excellent service. Thank you Gallegos!

This is my second review of this company - I asked for a call, I got it five minutes before they arrived (perfect) so I could go out and greet them at our hard-to-find address.
They arrived spot on noon as promised, got right to work. Some of our job will require a camera and written bid, so we will see them again tomorrow.
FOLLOWUP - Arrived the second day (with call) as promised, had the camera and tape measure out and working in minutes. Got the bid via email already.

Used Gallegos for a tankless install, replacing the house main shutoff valve, and setting two vanities. They absolutely crushed it. Super responsive for scheduling and customer service. They also worked through getting a rebate for the tankless water heater, which I REALLY appreciated and earned my business for the future. Developed a small equipment leak as a result of a crack in the tankless (manufacturing defect), and they were very responsive with handling the leak, covered the warranty coordination with the manufacturer and got the new part installed in short order. I'll be using them exclusively for the foreseeable future, don't change!
