If we could give NO STAR...We were given Jaime Gallego's # from friends in the neighborhood a few yrs ago. 1st time he came was on time and addressed the issue quickly for a fair price. We had him out yearly to check the system .Last spring we learned that we had a leak in our heat system, & our boiler would need to be replaced before this winter. We found the system that was needing to be replaced and wanted to order it & have it shipped,(trying to save $$$) which, Jaime told us was fine with. After MONTHS of calls(starting in June - no answer, MB full) un-replied emails. We spoke with Jamie this morning..11/8/19. Jaime acted like he had no clue who we are, said HE had to get the parts up in Summit co. would not except a shipment, all for the bargain price of $14,000. ""that's just the price, get somebody else if ya want"" Had he told us that last Spring we would have lined up another plumber. Would NOT Recommend.

Jaime said he'd be here between 8:30 and 9am today. It is now 4:45pm and I've texted a few times and called twice - no answer; no one came. This is really putting me in an awful bind.

He saved me at our condo. It is hard to do any plumbing at condos because they have to shut off water on the whole building. We had a water leak and he saved me by coming the next day. I highly recommend him!

Great experience with Gallego! Walked into a flooded first floor due to a broken water heater. They helped me via the phone (preventing a weekend visit) and working with them from Denver was very easy. Everything ordered and installed on time and with minimal hassle. Thanks Gallego!

After seeing the yelp reviews here I thought I would be ok to hire them for an inspection punch list at a home in Breckenridge. We spoke, texted or emailed for a couple days to give him the necessary information and access information. His voicemail is always full so you cannot leave a voicemail message. Then he texted me the correct email and it still bounced. Maybe that should have raised a red flag. Was I surprised that he was a no call no show on the day the work was scheduled. He said he would start at 7:30am and did not call or show up all day. I had blocked out a good chunk of time in a two day period to hire contractors and meet people and felt I had it all under control, boy was I wrong. I would rate zero if an option, very irresponsible if this is how you do business.

I was suppose to have another company come out to fix a gas leak but they never showed up. So I called Gallego and they came right on time and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes. They are now only plumbing company I will use in Summit County

Jaime picked up when I called for the first time (he didn't let it go to voicemail). He kept me in the loop via text of when he was finally able to check out my condo (the following afternoon). Quick inspection, actually figured out the cause of the issue that the previous plumbers could not, and was out of there with the problem finally resolved. I'll happily work with Jaime over any other plumber in the area - and I've worked with a few who clearly aren't as good at troubleshooting, who over-charge, or who never call back. Thank you Jaime!

Jaime was great. He was able to come within 3 hours of my call, diagnosed the problem instantly, and had it repaired within 15 minutes. We will definitely call him again when we need help in Frisco.

This crew is simply stellar, regardless of mountain town or big city. Jamie and team quoted when they said they would and did the work when they said they would. They guided us through a serious plumbing renovation (in an old condo) with 2 shower valves and 10 shut off valves with a tub install in a small bathroom along with the dreaded full building shut down of water. They were in and out, along with perfect service and little disruption to the building.
