I called them to fix a broken pipe under my mobile home ,the first guy said he couldn't fix it ,because it had an underbelly & I called back & spoke to Dave Galle the Owner ,he said he could fix it . I had no water at the time ,I asked how much it would cost he said he would get back to me , I'm a senior citizen on a fixed income .he said it would be around $200.00 with a discount. I said ok .I asked them to fix the handle on my bathtub faucet the kid he sent out said it would have to be replaced I asked him how much that would be he said it shouldn't be more than $100.00 extra So I figured while he was there he might as well fix it to. He didn't say they were going to cut a hole in my bedroom wall sheet rock to get to the bath tub fixture which is factory wall papered sheet rock .then instead of measure up from the floor to figure out how far up to cut so it would come out in 1 piece so it could be fixed .the kid just guessed where it might be & started cutting my wall ,he chipped out the sheet rock . They just left the HOLE in my bedroom wall ,when they left I thought they would be back to fix it , when they didn't come back I called to see if they were going to fix the hole . I was informed by the very rude lady in the office that they were plumbers & not carpenters .I would have to have someone else fix the hole . She also asked when I was going to pay the Bill I asked for the invoice as to what I was paying for ? and how much did I owe ? I gave the kid a check for $200.00 when he left She informed me ,my total bill was $700.00 I told her I would have to make payments on that amount . She said that would be fine . So I was sending b$50.00 a month . till I got sick & missed a payment ,Then they said they we're going to put a lien on my house & take me to Small claims court for lack of payment .I still haven't seen an original invoice & I still have a Hole in my wall .I called & told the Lady in the office when they come out & fix my wall Then I'll pay my bill ,She keeps saying they aren't carpenters .I thought they fixed the under belly under the house,but they didn't I was told that it was still open so that explained why this winter I had a skunk move in & now the mice are coming in too.When I called & told her they didn't fix the belly & I had a skunk under my house because I could hear it in the heater vent & the smell was real bad.The same RUDE LADY in the office kept saying they fixed it .& they were't responsible for the problems that are going on , it seems to me when you hire someone to do a job they should fix the mess they make& not leave it up to someone else to fix . I guess being a Senior citizen on disability , I'm suppose to get bad service & be taken advantage of like most of the people my age are these days . My next step is the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to see what they can do to help . they are charging 1.5% on the balance of the bill. I refuse to pay till they fix the mess they made .

Our 1st experience was fantastic. Unfortunately the 2nd was horrible. We asked them to come out and check our heating element to give us an estimate on a part. It was heating fine, but we needed the shut off valve replaced. We were told no one made the valve any more and we would have to replace the entire unit. It would be a a few 1000 dollars. Not having the funds, we decided against that. Weeks later we received a bill in the mail for $360 for labor and a late fee. When we called our tenant who was living at the house to check on her, she told us they had taken apart the unit, left all the pieces on the floor and it was no longer working at all.

I called Galle to find out why we had been charged so much and why they had left it torn apart and why we hadn't been called to authorize $300 worth of work. She said she had called many times, which seemed odd as I had called and spoken with her on many occasions, and she had both my number and my fiances, but neither of us had received a call. When questioned why they didn't put it back together we were told that since it wasn't working properly they couldn't put it back the way it was because it was unsafe.

Frustrated, we asked if they would accept some type of reduced payment since we never authorized the work and were only looking for an estimate from them, and in the process of getting multiple estimates. We were told they would only take the finance charge off.

Now the furnace is completely broken and we still owe $360.
