Doug and Jason came to our house and fixed the problem right away. They both are polite, professional and great communicators. I had a leak somewhere in my pool system. My pool guy told me I needed to find a pool plumber to figure it out. I googled that found Gallagher. They were very responsive, friendly and oh so helpful. They found the problem right away. And were able to fix the pipe leak with replacing the whole auto fill mechanism. Thanks to the whole family for helping me out!

I came home one 4th of July weekend to a broken faucet flooding the front yard. I called Gallagher plumbing and in a few minutes Jason Gallagher called and within 20 minutes he was working on the problem. Because it was Sunday and a holiday weekend I thought there would be additional charge. No. He worked for two hours and the fee was so reasonable I thought he made a mistake.
A couple of months ago I had a broken pipe in a wall. Doug and his son Jason had to locate the leak which was not easy as years of add on plumbing and reroutes made for a difficult job. They spent most of a day locating and repairing the leak. They returned a few days later to make sure all was working properly. Poor Jason spent hours up in a hot dusty attic to reroute the pipes. When they finished, all was perfect, there was no mess, a very small hole to repair in a wall.
While the charge for two days and all that work was very reasonable, I found myself in a bit of a bind. These wonderful people allowed me to make payments for the work.
I cannot write this without also mentioning Rona Gallagher who is the one with whom you will speak when you call the office. She has an amazing sweetness, friendliness about her, you feel within minutes you are speaking with a dear friend. It really matters to Rona her customers are taken care of promptly and properly.
This family is so amazing and caring, honest, their integrity is the old fashioned kind you just do not find any more. They are wonderful people of faith and I cannot say enough to let everyone know how much I love and respect the Gallagher family.

Our bathtub faucet was leaking profusely over the weekend and Gallagher Plumbing sent someone out promptly on Monday morning after my call. I was thankful that since all faucets are different, they had us text a photo of the faucet before they came so they were able to arrive with everything they needed to fix it. We'll definitely be return customers!

My husband and I have lived in our home for 4 years. It was built in 1957 and since we moved in we have had many plumbing nightmares. Our main sewer line has backed up and flooded our house 3 or 4 times and most recently made major damage to our flooring (in the process of repairs now). We were told by another plumber that the best solution would be to find the sewer line and add a clean out so that the proper equipment could be used on our sewer.

This plumber was unable to locate the hole by digging, so I was off to find a plumber who could. Since we live on a corner lot and the sewer lines location was not labeled, it became a stressful situation. I contacted Gallagher Plumbing and Jason came out to attempt to locate the pipe. We did run into more trouble locating, but he came back two more times along with Doug until it was located, dug up and they added a clean out (even on a saturday!!!) They offered a reasonable price and were very professional.

They are a family run business and they were a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend them to others!

Let me start off by saying Gallagher Plumbing is probably the best plumbing company in all of Orange County.

I live in a complex that is about twenty years old and has had its fair share of plumbing problems since I've lived here over the past five years. I have dealt with many plumbers during that time and there is clearly one standout in the group (Gallagher of course).

Gallagher is family owned and operated, so right away you've gotta love that. Jason (the son) was very friendly and knew what he was doing. And he wasn't one of those stereotypical plumbers with sagging pants that wreaked of B.O. and cigarette smoke. Jason was a clean cut guy and we actually had quite a bit in common after a few minutes of chatting.

I've used Gallagher twice: once to stop a pretty destructive pipe break under my bathroom sink and once for a leak behind the toilet. Both times, the job was done right the first time around. Jason stayed until the job was done despite it being after normal working hours and he kept the work space as clean as possible. In other words, great customer service!! And they even followed up to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

The next time you have a plumbing problem or got in over your head on a weekend project, have full confidence in Gallagher's workmanship, professionalism and customer service.

I have nothing but positive feedback for this family oriented business. It is not easy to find a plumber you can trust. However, I was put at ease once discovering that the entire family is vested in its success. I admire businesses that are family owned and operated, especially when their values are transparent to the client(s).

I had a drainage pipe leak sourced from my 2nd floor master bathroom that created water damage in the downstairs closet. As this was my second leakage issue in 1 year, I decided to find a plumber to repair these issues in my home. I reached out to a plumbing service that didn't give me a warm and fuzzy feeling about their work ethic or quality. They fit the perfect mold of a plumber with sagging jeans below the waistline.

A good friend of mine referred me to Gallagher plumbing. Rona was very courteous and made me feel comfortable when scheduling my appointment. She also followed up a second time to confirm the service visit.

On the day of the service visit I met Doug (the owner) and Jason (his son). The courteous theme continued here, as they understood my pipe leak issues and let me know they were able to address them on the same day. In addition, they provided a fair price in comparison to the previous plumber. Their company shirts also conveyed professionalism.

I certainly appreciated that they targeted the root cause of the leak, where my home insurance auditor attributed it to normal wear and tear. Gallagher plumbing found otherwise and shared this information with me immediately. My piping leaks were repaired and saved me from the aggressive reminders from my wife!

During the course of the repair visit, I became comfortable through conversation. I found out that Gallagher plumbing also handles commercial plumbing projects on a large scale. They shared one of their projects that was a water park at a 24 hour fitness in Orange County! I was thrilled to know that because this would align very well for my backyard dreams!

I am certainly comfortable and appreciate the service that Gallagher Plumbing provides. They were effective, efficient, and kept me comfortable that my leak issues could be resolved on the same day! Thank you Gallagher family for your awesomeness!
