Galgon HVAC & Mechanical Service, Inc. was founded in 2008 by Stephen Galgon. Steve transitioned from a Service Technician to a Sales Manager, dreaming of what a contracting business should include. While working for big mechanical contracting companies and vendors, he understood that customer care was not the top focus. He understood the importance of guaranteeing that customers were properly addressed. After years of struggling with a simple concept that wasn't successful, he decided that the right way to make it work was to do it himself. At Galgon HVAC, our approach is straightforward: support the clients' needs, and they will reward you.

In our first year, the company grew from three team members to 15 employees. Galgon HVAC also is committed to the idea that if you ensure the employees happy, they will serve the customers.
