Galgon HVAC & Mechanical Service, Inc. was founded in 2008 by our owner, Stephen Galgon. Steve's journey from Service Technician to sales leader shaped his vision of what a contracting business should look like. During his time with big mechanical contracting firms and suppliers, he realized that the customer experience was often overlooked. He recognized how crucial it is to guarantee that customers are met. After years of struggling with a simple concept that wasn't successful, he decided that the only way to achieve success was to handle it personally. Our philosophy at Galgon HVAC is simple: support the customers, and they will reward you.

During our inaugural year, we increased from 3 employees to fifteen staff members. We at Galgon HVAC are also dedicated to the idea that if you make the team satisfied, they will take care of the customers.
