Terrible customer service. Dustin criticized D&D Plumbing and the work they did when the house was built. He called it ""handy-man"" work. He proposed a very expensive way to install a secondary line on the HVAC, when all it needed was a safety switch. He was so rude and my guess is he was trying to impress his new hire. He didn't show any ID, didn't show up in a company truck and when I asked who the company was spelled out in his shirt they said it was their supplier. Not even proud of their own company. The next day I had a reputable company out to address the problem before Dustin even submitted a repair estimate that was 3x more expensive. He never even followed up. Don't waste your time at this place. He

Squeezed me in on short notice after not having A/C for about a week. They were punctual and very professional as well! Highly recommend them and James Aughe was outstanding!
