I called Darko from Galaxy Rooter to unclog the drain line going from the house to the street. I had tried to snake it out myself and wasn't successful. He came out that day, power-snaked it and got it running. He left us with a 60-day guarantee and was on his way. A week later it was blocked again. He cleared it again for free, within an hour or so of my call. The third time it happened, he cleared it again (without charge) and scheduled an appointment to scope it with his camera as there was obviously a problem.

When he arrived with the camera, he identified the problem, and we saw that it was from some poor work that a handyman had done, attaching the wrong fitting which collapsed. He charged us around $100 less than quoted for the scope and made an appointment to come out and fix it properly, which required digging down 4 feet and replacing the fittings.

I am COMPLETELY satisfied with Darko's service, commitment to customers, and reasonable prices. He will have our business in the future. I highly recommend him if you have plumbing (or rooter) issues as he will give you quality service, at reasonable rates. I will be renovating a bathroom in the future and will be calling for this work as well

I called Galaxy when I had a leaky valve on my toilet--never fun, but especially a pain during the drought. Also, the toilet wouldn't flush. Darka arrived a few hours after my call. The toilet had to be replaced. He bought and installed a better toilet than the one I had chosen. (The toilet I had requested was not available so he upgraded it at the same price.) I'm very pleased with the timeliness of the service and am pleased with the new toilet. I will be recommending Galaxy Plumbing to my friends.

Our sewer started running slowly on a Sunday night and I decided to call a local company rather than one of the national chains. Darko from Galaxy answered the phone (about 8 PM), said he could come out Sunday night for an extra charge or he could come first thing Monday morning for the standard rate. I scheduled it for Monday. He gave me a one hour window and arrived during that hour.

Snaking the sewer line took about 30 minutes. He told me other options for the future but didn't try to upsell a more expensive service this time. The cleaning came with a 60 day guarantee. Overall a pretty painless fix.
