Joseph H.I called this morning because I tried to do some plumbing myself and it was not successful. He sent me a quote and said that he could be out in the early afternoon. When they came over, the owner and his apprentice, they were completely knowledgeable, professional, and were able to assess the situation and fix it with no problem. They were both unpretentious.
Everything about their operation was completely professional, including the booties they put on before entering my home. Upon assessing the situation, one man took one job, and the other man took the other. they were both completed and out of my house and under an hour.
What I got charged was significantly less than what I got quoted. I would highly recommend calling pro flow, plumbing solutions for all of your home plumbing needs.
They were probably the sixth plumbing company I called and even though I had no water in my house the other companies could not get in and fix the problem until next week. That is unacceptable if you don't have water that is a priority. Nick understood that and was quick to come over and fix the problem.
on a personal note, I am not an easy guy to deal with. I do everything that a tradesman hopes a customer would not do. I stood there and looked over their shoulder the whole time and they were very polite and answered all my questions--we even made jokes and laughed together.
