I wish I could give them 0 stars. I called at 7am because my water heater busted and the garage flooded. they quoted me a good price and a time. I asked for the 10% off that I got when I used them before and he said no. I was ok with that. then I update a FB page letting them know that I wasn't given the 10% off, but it was ok. apparently someone called him about it and so he texted to tell me that he wouldn't be coming at all. I called him and asked why, and he told me. so VERY BAD PRACTICE!!!! especially since I didn't mind paying full price and it was already after 9 and I was expecting him. regardless, I spent the next hour calling others, trying to get someone out today so my kids would have hot showers tonight. luckily I did find another plumber at a similar price, thank goodness. I'm very disappointed that this happened and will never refer him again as I had in the past.

Unclogged our kitchen sink in no time at a fair price. Knowledgeable, efficient and very congenial.

We needed to replace our main line and they came out quickly. They worked efficiently and returned the front yard to good condition and cleaned up well. When there were a couple of follow up issues, they were out within 24 hours and took care of the issues with no additional charge. The initial cost was reasonable. Keith, Jose and Taylor were all friendly and professional. Oh, and btw...they didn't smell bad. Haha.

Had a less than optimal experience with Galaxy Plumbing. They came out to fix a broken laundry room pipe. While fixing the pipe issue, the tech broke off another piece of the piping which need additional repair. After the repair was complete, the pipe started to leak, which caused me to call another company after being told by Galaxy that they were too busy to return to fix the repair. When the situation was addressed, the owner sent out the same tech who didn't complete the job correctly and never addressed the problem or my concerns about the pipe leaking. terrible job, terrible service. Unfortunate experience. Hoping your experience will be better than mine.

Our son's shower leaked in to the garage, called Galaxy, they offered to come straight over on a Saturday.
Friendly gentleman called Keith showed up, went straight to the shower, found the issue, explained everything clearly and then went ahead and fixed the issue.
After completing and double checking, he gave us some information on leak detection and he was helpful and friendly all through the process.
I would highly recommend them.

Called Jose at Galaxy Plumbing as we had no hot water. He sent one of his guys within hrs, who was able to quickly diagnose the problem, swap out the part, and our heater started up again. I'm gonna uses these guys for all my plumbing issues moving forward. (Hopefully for scheduled and not unscheduled repairs :) )

So thankful for you guys! I was referred to Galaxy plumbing on a community Facebook page, and I'm so glad I contacted them. My water heater was leaking. We couldn't take a shower, and we were dumping huge tubs of water daily. Galaxy was so quick to respond. He quoted me via text and scheduled me the same day. The guys came out and worked efficiently and got the problem resolved in less than a few hours. Thank you! ty

We've used these folks a few times (originally bailing us out after the plumber we were forced to used for a leaky bathtub by our home warranty company only served to exacerbate the problem over multiple visits while these guys took care of it in one quick visit) and they always do good work for a fair price. Also should note we did have one problem with some work they did for us and they immediately came out to rectify the issue once we noticed it. Always nice to know there is a good, honest plumbing company nearby

I usually don't write reviews and wasn't going to here, but I am still a very annoyed with Galaxy Plumbing. I have used them on two or three other occasions without issue. However, this service was the end for me and should be a wake up call for anyone considering their service.
I hired them to install a Moen Flo valve. The owner quoted $275 over the phone which he later claimed to be $450...ok fine $450, that part doesn't even matter. Worker shows up, doesn't have parts even though he already knows the exact valve being installed and what size the copper lines are. He takes two trips to supply house. He uses about 2 inches of copper line and adds an anti reflex valve. He basically replaced an existing ball valve. The remainder of line did not change. The actual valve install takes about 30-45 min max. Then, the worker brings me a bill for $775! I protest, the worker basically shrugs his shoulders, and I have to call the owner myself. When I protest to the owner, while on speaker phone, he tells me that the worker has been there for hours (mind you running to the supply house twice), he then tells the worker to just cut the valve out and put it back to original, and hung up the phone. This is completely unprofessional and a terrible pressure tactic to overcharge someone. I have no doubt that the worker and owner were scamming together; I had an AC service company do the exact same scheme. Most people just pay because they don't want to go back to a situation before the work was performed. I paid the worker $500 and asked him to leave.
If this is the type of service you want to deal with, give Galaxy a call, otherwise, I'd go elsewhere.

Our Toto toilet was acting up and started to leak.
Taylor inspected the toilet and found out the the ""universal"" gasket in place between the top tank and the base had started to leak.
He compared to a new ORIGINAL PART and found minute differences. He ordered the part and the manufacturer's delivery was delayed due to COVID and the fact that manufacturing was virtually at a standstill worldwide, but Galaxy kept us informed.
When the part finally arrived, he notified us and scheduled the installation at our earliest convenience.
Once installed, the toilet is working perfectly again.
