I was so pleased with how quickly they were able to help and how professional and kind Jose was when he did the job. They quoted me a fair price and were on time for the appointment. We needed to replace the master bathroom faucets. We had used Galaxy for a number of years and called them again for the replacement. Response time was very good. It took two people two hours to replace the faucets. The bill was over $500. My wife complained sewer gas smell and when I looked. I found the P trap was sloppy with plumbers putty.

I can always appreciate the responsiveness through calls and texts. Jose is very prompt at returning calls and texts and my latest service call was with Keith. He got it done quickly and cleanly and answered my questions on some completely unrelated matters in the house. After having dealt with the nightmare company my home warranty company sent me to, it was refreshing to just get this done without any more friction or stress.

My thought I had a water pipe leak and my water heater broke and was flooding my garage. I called on Monday and Taylor came in a couple of hours to take a look. Turns out that I didn't have a water pipe leak, but it was my turning off of the water heater which caused a sound like I might have a leak. Bottom-line, this company doesn't do work that's not needed so they can charge extra money. They installed my water heater very quickly and at a very reasonable price. Taylor arrived early and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He changed out our defective pressure regulator and our water pressure has been restored. We were quoted a price and despite encountering a challenge that made the repair take longer than expected, our price remained the same and he didn't try to charge extra. Have used this company several times and cannot recommended them highly enough. They are great.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. I called at 7am because my water heater busted and the garage flooded. they quoted me a good price and a time. I asked for the 10% off that I got when I used them before and he said no. I was ok with that. then I update a FB page letting them know that I wasn't given the 10% off, but it was ok. apparently someone called him about it and so he texted to tell me that he wouldn't be coming at all. I called him and asked why, and he told me. so VERY BAD PRACTICE!!!! especially since I didn't mind paying full price and it was already after 9 and I was expecting him. regardless, I spent the next hour calling others, trying to get someone out today so my kids would have hot showers tonight. luckily I did find another plumber at a similar price, thank goodness. I'm very disappointed that this happened and will never refer him again as I had in the past.
