I would recommend Galaxy Plumbing to everyone. I think they have recently expanded to Corona so I was very lucky that they now cover this area too! They were able to help us right away and their prices were extremely reasonable. We had a slab leak but they were able to reroute through the drywall without pulling flooring or anything else!
We know it is almost time to repipe our home so we requested a quote which was also very reasonable. We did not feel pressured to go this route but we are absolutely certain that we will be trusting this job to Jose and his team very soon!

This is the second or third time I've called Galaxy. Jose helped us the first time and was so good we knew we'd call them next time. The next time just happened. Keith arrived a few minutes early and was finished and cleaned up in less than 30 minutes. Both times the cost was super reasonable and I'll call them again.

Galaxy Plumbing has been over to our home multiple times and has always done a great job. The owner always answers the phone and lets you know whether he can send someone out or not.Very reliable and consistent. The plumber who came out to our house, Taylor, was also very straight forward and professional. I very much appreciate the reliable service Galaxy provides. Their plumbing work holds up very well.

I have used this company several times before but after this last job I will not use again and will tell neighbors also
They were called to install a part to warranty water heater.
The part was put on but was the wrong part sent to me. Another part was on its way
The serviceman charged me 400$ for an hour and a half visit and said water heater had to be drained. It did not need to be drained and next company I called came and put the new part in for $ 125
Galaxy took advantage of a senior who had been without hot water for a few days.
Price gouging!!!

Had an issue where my shower head was leaking (it's a shower panel) and Irish came out within a couple hours if me calling. He was pleasant and knowledgeable/confident.
He was able to fix it right away....it was just the handle that the grooves were stripped so it wouldn't shut off the way. He was also able to give he an idea of the process/cost to replace the panel in the future.
Great experience. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the cost for a call is quite high in my experience but would still use them again since experience and reliability is most important

Had to have sink and garbage disposal put in today. When someone who looked 20 came to door got a little nervous. His name is Irish and I would personally ask for him again. Besides him knowing his job very well, he was polite and fast. The kid has a great future. Thank you Irish

I was so pleased with how quickly they were able to help and how professional and kind Jose was when he did the job. They quoted me a fair price and were on time for the appointment. We needed to replace the master bathroom faucets. We had used Galaxy for a number of years and called them again for the replacement. Response time was very good. It took two people two hours to replace the faucets. The bill was over $500. My wife complained sewer gas smell and when I looked. I found the P trap was sloppy with plumbers putty.
