I contacted Galaxy Plumbing and Drain in the morning re: broken shower neck in master bathroom. He was on the road and promised to call back that afternoon. A few hours later, he called back and scheduled a service call for later that day. Nick called in advance of his arrival to provide a better time frame. He was extremely professional, addressed the problem at hand, replaced the shower neck, and explained the nature of the problem. They have completed service for us before on a rental property and I was happy to see the same level of service provided to us for our primary residence. I asked about other water issues and he provided clear recommendations. Highly recommended and will use again.

The plumber was working with elderly mother to review the damage to her pipes. My number was put down since my mom only has a house phone. 11:26am and I'm at work, the owner John called me and started the conversation by saying ""maybe you can talk some sense to your mother"". I followed up by saying excuse me did you say ""maybe I can talk some sense to my mother"", he said ""yes, if you let me finish""..I stopped him and stated that was all I needed to hear and assured him I will review his business. There is no situation where any professional business owner should call anyone to tell them to talk some sense to their mother, I've met this man once in my life. Whatever he was trying to communicate at that point will not be taken into consideration, it is unprofessional and disrespectful.

Great service! Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I had them come out to fix some issues at my old house and current one, some oddities (extend spigot to deck bc access was poor), tub leaking into basement, replace piping under sink, among some others. They did a great job on all! Would highly recommend.
