Called Gal Plumbing, for gas leak in our home arrived on time. Quickly gave us a estimate on repairs. They started rite away. The quailty of work was very profesional and clean. Junior and Luis were very thorough and paid great attention to detail. The effort put in to ensure my toilet was correctly fixed was beyond my expectations. They were very personable and flexible with my schedule. For the amount of work they put for my toilet I know the price is very good and reasonable. I have a rental in Houston, TX and I found Gal Plumbing through an online search. They have been my first choice for plumbing and water heater services. Jason has come out to the home for three service calls now and have found that he is reliable, efficient, fairly priced, and, above all, genuine. He takes the time to explain the issues to me, provides a cost estimate with break down of labor and parts without me having to ask, and makes sure to send me pictures and videos before and after because he knows I am not always available to see the work done in person. Our kitchen sink/disposal/dishwasher were completely shutdown to to major clog and I needed a new plumber. I found a few, yet all positive reviews for Gal Plumbing and decided to give them a shot mainly because it's a small family company and I like that. We were very glad because Jason was professional and just a really great guy. He took care of the problem in a very timely manner and I actually paid way less than I expected to. I had a small leak in the attic of my roof that was dripping through a doorway. After reading some reviews, I decided on Gal Plumbing and called them on Friday evening. Angelica answered and we set up an appointment. Jason called and came early on Saturday, crawled into the attic, found and fixed the leak quickly.

Jason, who did the repair, had a pleasant demeanor and friendly.
