If I could give a negative 0 then I this company is the worst! As I read the complaints I see a pattern. Our water heater started to leak late one night around 10pm. Of course I was scared, so we called around and they were the only one that answered, said they can sent some one early in the morning. Asked for my credit card, and I usually would not do. But of course they prey on the fact that we are vulnerable. Gave the card to hm. They came out and changed the water heater. He was there all day, looks like a subcontractor van was not marked. He left and said he fixed the issue. The night we had no hot water in the upstairs bathroom. I have 4 bathrooms on the 3rd floor and 1 in the basement, so we all showered down there. We kept hoping this will all work. On e week later we were still bathing in cold water on the 3rd floor. So we called and asked for him to come out and look at it. The same person came out, Asian man that barely speaks english. But he kept on telling us the the the water is fine, and we are telling him its cold, it was like speaking to a brick wall. So I told him to send someone else to look at it. He claims the off will. We waited 5 more days with no response. So we called them, they said they would send someone else. This time it was a young guy and he claims he is a ENT, dont ask. Im a nurse so we started talking. Again he is stating the water is cold because it is cold outside (really), and he said we should bath in the basement! (the nerve of him). SO again giving the benefit of the doubt. No one called back for another five days. The guy in the office, Chris, is useless. It was clear he was telling us he would speak to the manager when I told him i had enough. The owner called us back and the lack of unprofessionalism was too much for me. He claims we said something different, that he had us on tape- Illegal. My husband spoke to another licensed plumber and I felt like a fool by the time he identify the subpar work we paid too much for, same senerio. I told him I want my money back and to get the cheap heater of my house cause it does not work! My husband and I called the next day and he hug up the phone on us! So much to this story, but the pattern is to same, the customer was over charge for the service, I waited 5 days for a non- itemized receipt with taxes! I went on BBB, they are also listed on the name on the receipt not the name listed on this site- look up plumbing pro and you will see the same patterns and behaviors. He was belligerent and rude, wont give us our money back, I am going to file a case in the small claims court. They should not get away with this any longer. By the way he charged us $2890, I look up the cost of the heat $900- the cheapest, its about to be discontinued. The other plumber usually charge for install is $600plus equipment, but we don't know cause not itemize. The plumber we had look at it said the pipes are not up to code and he should have gotten and inspection because its a gas heater. He also did not give us a drain pan- which he said will flood the basement cause no where for the water to go. so much little things, They do not care, dont do it to yourself. This not a reputable company. Beware!

Don't call them they will charge you $185 for minute. I don't want to give them even 1 star.

plumber came for minute and told us that our garbage disposal is broken and charge us $185. We knew that our garbage disposal is broken even before he arrived

I was charged $502.44 to get a toilet repaired. The toilet was running for a really long time after flushing. They replaced the parts shown in the photo. They charged me $185.50 for the service call and $326.94 for the parts. That is what they are telling me over the phone. I am still awaiting the requested detailed invoice that was supposedly going to be mailed. To make matters worse, the plumber said that the handle needs to be held down until the toilet completes the flush. Obviously, replacing the entire toilet would have been a reasonable recommendation for that cost. I was told in advance that the service call would be $175 ($185.50 with tax.) When they called and said the repairs would be 200 and something (which with tax made up the $326.94I) I naturally assumed that included the service call. Even with that I thought the cost was high, but since I had already paid the $185.50 in advance, I was committed. Beware of this companies charging practices!!

The owner finally called me today and I told him that a $1000 charge to replace one foot of pipe was outrageous. He said he recorded my conversation and i approved the charge. I was told 999 which i assumed was $9.99 for the cost of the pipe which seemed accurate. He charged me an hourly rate so i was fine with the parts fee.
He responded saying no, it was $999.00 and thats what we charged. I said no he didn't say 999 dollars or I never would have accepted. His response was ""well we tape recorded the conversation"".
Regulations governing the recording of conversations in Maryland fall under the Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Act. The primary purpose of this act is to outlaw the interception of private communications by a third party. However, the law states that it is ""unlawful to tape record a conversation without the permission of all parties"".
So now I've learned not only did her rip me off on the repair work, and charged my credit card without giving me an invoice to review, he charged me sales tax on the entire bill and there is no tax on repair work in MD, but to top it all off he ILLEGALLY RECORDED MY CONVERSATIONS!!! Stay away from these guys!!!!!!!

Two of my sump pump went out of business and basement was flooded - I called these folks on a Holiday and they showed up right away and right on time - Not only they showed up, they worked with my warranty company as well, so, I can claim it. Mike was right on time and did the job very cleanly and professional way. I don't usually write reviews but I had to this case because I was so pleased. Thank you guys!!

I hired Plumber Pros to replace a water valve for my whole house humidifier. The plumbers who did the work were very professional. Once they purchased the replacement part at the local hardware store, they completed the job relatively quickly.

From the appointment call to address a leak in an investment property in Gaithersburg to the follow up I could not be more pleased. On our side we had scheduling challenges but the office and Lance the dispatch specialist were amazing! Highly recommend!

Company fixed a plumbing leak. Thought was a little over priced for what they did but it was a Sunday and I needed the problem resolved.

I explained the plumbing leak over to phone and sent pictures, so I expected them to come out with the supplies they needed to fix the problem. But they had to go to home depot. The person and his helper seemed like subcontractors.

Invoice from was a different company name the what is googled. Thought that was strange.

Pleased with the response time and calling ahead to let me know they were coming. Very professional when arrived. Our faucet wasn't swiveling easily and he was honest about being unable to fix the it but did get it to swivel. Was honest about it and the price for service was fair.

lf only Lance and subordinates were as aggressive about finding my leak as they were about getting money! They failed to find the leak but were successful in taking my money. l had to wonder if the guy they sent out was fairly compensated, or even a plumber. Do NOT trust. all talk- no action.
