Recommended Customer Reviews

We got excellent same day service at a fair price. Their response was almost immediate, and we had someone at our job within an hour.

1) plumbing out in a barn. specifically asked for a frost free pump in barn near where I wanted the inside wash rack. After concrete is done and 2nd bit of plumbing is done and I discover it's not a frost free pump but a spigot on my wood wall, I went back and let Lane Stringer know that what I asked for was a frost free pump. His response: """"we don't do those inside."""". uh, it's a BARN. I tried to insist and got a lot of push back so unfortunately I gave up. if he couldn't do one he should have said so and NOT proceeded to do something I did not want and charge me for it. then make an excuse. We Don't do those inside and not even offer my money back because he knew he wasn't doing what I asked for. I'd rather have nothing than a pipe that's a freeze risk in the middle of my barn. 2) failed first inspection 3) left out water pipes to toilet and I had to call them back and ask them to put those in. The guy who actually did that work was really nice. Maybe just not trained and not enough support. 4) when I called after it was all done when we turned the water on there was muck in the pipes. a couple of nice young men came and got most of it cleared except the toilet filling is too slow and the spigot doesn't work. it didn't matter because it wasn't what I wanted in the first place. A pipe was broken outside however everything was cleaned out and prevented from moving out of that pipe because that vendor is a great guy and was preventing problems Lane of course starts finger pointing that it's not their fault -it was the broken pipe. He and I both know it was not clearing the pipes in the slab before attaching the other plumbing that created the. Blockages. I don't like finger pointers Who don't take responsibility. But the best part was his response to me was that he felt like this was adversarial from the beginning. I'm the customer and I asked for a frost free pump And got unreasonable pushback and was very uncomfortable, of course I am now adversarial. I think everything will be a fight. Wish I'd fired him as soon as he gave me push back and wasn't solution oriented. I wish I'd never paid the bill. If I had not paid the bill, I could afford to have somebody come back and jackhammer up the concrete and put in the frost free pump that I actually want.
