Our pilot light on our gas fireplace wasn't working. Greg was super nice and came out quickly but I wish I asked his pricing. After he left I called our gas company to ask for a quote and their service charge was only $65 in comparison to his $200. Our bill breakdown for about 30 minutes
of service was $200 for cleaning, $150 for troubleshooting, and $200 for service fee

Very quick response, less than an hour, when my water heater was leaking and I needed a new one. Quoted $1500 that became $1700 when they asked for payment. Tracked mud through my kitchen down the carpeted basement steps and throughout the basement. Left no warrantee or basic invoice, just given a receipt with the payment amount. Would consider using them again if they corrected these basic customer service issues.

I recently moved to the area and didn't know who to call when I wasn't getting any heat.
Went on Angie's list as well as phonebook and got a hold of Greg, from G4 Home Services who came out within a few hours of my calling, on Christmas Eve, to fix my furnace that wasn't working during these freezing temperatures.
It was a little costly, but given the fact it was last minute, on Christmas Eve and freezing cold outside, it's expected & I'm extremely grateful.

It's Christmas Eve as I write this. Our furnace stopped working and it's in the single digits. I called numerous businesses with no luck, then I called Greg and he said he was booked up til next week. He called a short while later and said he had a cancellation and would be here in an hour. He came and him and his guy Stan did a bang up job servicing and cleaning out our furnace and had us up and running in no time. Great, fast and efficient service and did I mention Christmas Eve.lol. These guys are the best !!

I had an issue with my furnace and had this company come to repair it. after failing to fix the furnace and charging me $950.00 He also burned out the transformer and both zone valves,leaving us with no heat. Then we found out that he wired the thermostat incorrectly as well. A completely terrible experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. I had a professional plumber come out to evaluate and replace all the parts that the first guy broke. And he was astounded by the poor quality of work that was performed. In closing if you have an issue DO NOT USE this company!!!

Trustworthy, dependable and he keeps you in the loop. Greg is a very approachable down to Earth guy who has your best interest in mind. He responded to my request right away. A lot of other places tried to schedule that initial call for another day. Greg and I were discussing the issue within the first 15 min of putting the request out to four companies.

He told me what time he could arrive and then updated me via text when he was on his way. He didn't leave me in the dark waiting around not knowing what's going on. He kept me informed.

During my diagnosis he spent a lot of time making sure what the problem was. All along the way he was explaining to me the why's and what's of my issue. He was able to locate the parts needed for my 16 year old furnace which is no longer in production. And was quick in getting them installed.

All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if I had another issue.
