I was not impressed with their service. My water heater, that they installed, went out after being only 1.5 years old. Instead of explaining how it happened to avoid future damages to new equipment, I was yelled at by the Service Manager, Donnie and was re informed of his credentials. Regardless of how many years this guy has been in the "field", he knew very little about how to correct this issue and rambled about how I needed to just buy a new one. This place has no customer service, the service technicians show up without appointments and the Service Manager will just raise your blood pressure.

G3 Plumbing is Awesome. They are family owned and run and treat you like family too! They gave me advice over the phone, came to correct the problem same day, within an hour! These folks are fast, fairly priced and take time to explain Everything. This team is the BEST !
