2nd time I needed GM to check and advise me on a few things. You want an experienced skilled plumber? This is your plumber. And absolutely honest. I've had others advise me for things i did not need-and ready to charge me for it. Not here. I've worked with and hired top-notch tradesmen for several homes I've owned and worked on professionally. Absolutely terrible. I called him on Tuesday to come do a washer machine hookup. Didn't come till Thursday. He showed up late and when he came he told me he'd have to come back. I said ""that's fine"". He said he'd recall me to schedule that night. He didn't call me till the next night. He scheduled Thursday at 8:30am to come in. 8:30 came and went. I called him at 9:00 and 9:20 to see if he was still coming. No answer. By 10:00 I was fed up. I could have called a more professional and more timely plumber in the mean time. Can't recommend him at all.
