Matt Garfold (Owner) shipped off to Parris Island, South Carolina, five days after high school to start his path as a United States Marine. After four years of dedicated service, Matt transitioned from the Marine Corps and promptly began his plumbing apprenticeship. Upon completing his five-year apprenticeship and obtaining his Master License two years later, he founded G.I. Plumbing in 2014. His goal was to offer job opportunities to veterans in the community. G.I. Plumbing plays an active role in the community, backing events that raise funds for local veterans, youth organizations, and educational institutions.

Rhonda G.I needed the faucet changed in my kitchen so I called this local plumber to do the work. I asked for a price and G.I. Plumbing stated they could not give me a price over the phone because they had to see the job and it would cost me $45 for a quote if they can out. The quote was $450 to charge the faucet!!!! It took him maybe 25 minutes to change the faucet. Lesson learned, do your homework!!!!!!!!!!! GET A FREE QUOTE.
