They were very responsive, and were able to come service the house promptly. G&F installed 2 toilets for us and took the old ones away. The price was good, and the service was excellent.

Gilbert was very professional and punctual. He came out and fixed the leak, however it continued to leak. He came out the following day and tightened the hardware. ( I bought the wrong hardware so he was weary of tightening one part too much for it might break.) The leak stopped and I am happy with the service.

The plumber was a great guy. A hard worker and very dedicated. He was very determined to fix the blockage but, Unfortunately, he admitted defeat after six hours. He said suggested a larger company he used to work for. If it weren't for the unusual problem I would have given him a 5 star rating. He did not charge but for one drain cleaning although he worked for several hours on several drains!

I had inspection done by another large vendor, that turned out to really overcharge on their quote.
