Our sink was not draining. The HOA's ""preferred "" plumbing company quotes us $800 and refused to snake the sink plumbing. We had a leak going from the kitchen sink to our underground Garage and didn't know why. Posted a search on Yelp and found many replies but one who was willing and able was Gilbert. He replied fast and came over within 30 minutes of the search for no additional charge! He accessed everything and explained the problem and the solutions. We had a pipe uneven that gave out and also the valves needed replacement as well with the faucet. He took care of it all and charged us what I believed was a fair price. He also educated us on other plumbing experiences and etc which was very appreciated. Highly recommend for honest service with a fast response time, call Gilbert!
