Tommy came out to consult me on our home after the basement flooded. He was on time, professional, and really knows what he's talking about. He provided sound advice and was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend G&C Sewer for sewer line work.

Had this company out 2 weeks ago for my basement drains backing up. Man was here 10 minutes, water went down. Apparently did not do a thorough job, as the drains are backing up again. Loads of fun not being able to take a shower or flush until I get someone else out here to do the job correctly.

There used to be three reviews here by three different people. I don't know why they were taken down. All three said similar things. The company a unreliable-they don't show up for scheduled appointments, they are challenging to get a hold of, and my review and another review both heard from the secretary that they weren't sure who could fix our problem when they had already been out once to fix the problem and they didn't fix it. My review said that the second company to come out was shocked at the work done by c and g plumbing. Don't waste your time or money.

My sewer line is always getting clogged by the tree roots across the street. G&C cleans them out once a year for me and never a problem. Had 1 other company do it once and 2 weeks later the basement flooded from a incomplete job at clearing the roots out far enough.

Not a good company. They came to do what suppose to be a Toilet snake for $99 instead they charged me $250 because they have to take off the toilet and they didn't do a good job because the flange was broken!. So, I end up hiring another company & paying an additional $300 to fix what should have been their job to fix in the first place!.

Ted and Cody showed up on time and ready to work. Very professional, and courteous. Very explanatory on issues involving camera of the sewer pipe. I recommend the company wholeheartedly.

We called earlier in the week about our kitchen sink having a major clog. My husband called and provided a detailed description of the sink issues and the weird angles of the pipes. My mom was here while we were at work and he came in, and my husband was on the phone and offered to speak to him about the issues, but he said he would see it. After he had finished, she asked him if the sink would be working now and he said yeah. She started using the sink and it had not been fixed. She called the office phone and they said that they don't do that kind of thing. When my husband had called, he had given a detailed description to make sure we were calling for the correct service. What had happened is that he fixed our laundry line, which we did not mention at all. We have just moved, our laundry is not even set up to be used yet, so we would have no idea if there was a clog in that pipe. When he called them, they said that he had never mentioned the kitchen sink, although that is all that he had mentioned, and they did not offer to give us our money back for not providing us with the service that we had asked for. Definitely do not recommend whatsoever. I understand mistakes happen, but own up to them and fix the issue, don't blame the customer for not providing enough information, when that was certainly not the case.
