no stars .. they have been here going on 2 weeks ... still not finished installing my new gas heater ... pipes burst because temperatures went down to -3... now all of a sudden my hot water heater isn't working .. doesn't feel like it is just a coincidents

We purchased a Heat pump two years ago. It took a week and half to have the heat pump installed and working. The heat pump leaked the following year. I had to wait several days and call multiple times to try and get Gary out to fix the system. Now the system is leaking again and is not working. I have called Gary multiple times and he doesn't call back. His work order explains that I have a seven-year service guarantee but it doesn't seem that he honors it. He told me he would be out the next day but never showed up. I have repeatedly called Gary and have not received any call back. The customer service is non-existent from my experience with Bass Co.

I have used Gary Bass for many things over the last decade almost two decades. Converted an oil furnace to gas, installed Mini Splits, service and repair. I have no complaints whatsoever. In fact I just called him again to help somebody I know.

Do not contact this business, with the reviews posted by other customers I should have stayed away! I contacted the owner gary Bass and was contacted multiple times while advising them that I choose another contractor! Stay Away from this company!

Please save yourself the aggravation and do NOT call this business! They installed a geothermal furnace for us 4 years ago and we are still having issues with it. The owner was here 6 weeks ago with a promise to be back by the end of the week. I'm still waiting. I call every day only to hear the message on their answering machine stating they will call back as soon as possible. On top of the issues, he took my humidifier manuals to ""review"" them. Obviously he has no idea what to do. This company deserves a minus 10 stars for customer satisfaction!

Susan i have to agree with you i had a heat pump installed from Gary Bass. since it was installed nothing but problems .the first unit they installed worked for about 6 weeks. than it stopped working they came out and put Freon in it then it worked for about 2 weeks. Gary came out and put Freon in it again it stopped working that evening. called Gary he said he would be out in two days to look at it never showed up i had to call his answering service 8 times and his cell phone 6 times he would not call me back. he sent me a text message said it was to muddy out what a bunch of bull. they did come out the next day and moved the outdoor unit and recharged it. then it stopped working again Gary came out said the compressor locked up.he told me that they would replace the out door unit. it took a week but they did it worked for 10 days now it is snowing out and my heat pump is not working i have been trying to call Gary all day he will not answer his cell phone. his office phone goes to a answering service they tell me he will call me back ASAP. BOTTOM LINE STAY FAR AWAY FROM G BASS CO. maybe they should stick to delivering oil and get out of the service and of things. i paid $7,300.00 for a new American Standard heat pump and it has been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Gary do the right thing and Fix my heat pump or give me my Money Back. by the way Gary you should RECLAIM THE FREON NOT JUST CUT THE LINES ON THE OUT DOOR UNIT AND LET GO INTO THE AIR. i wounder what the EPA would think about that?
