Had an issue with our hot water heater on a Saturday. They came same day about 7:00 pm. It needed a new thermocouple. The technician had the part in his truck and was able to replace it. He and his partner were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. They worked on it for almost 2 hours. And they only charged $225.00 which was reasonable considering they came the same day, had the needed part and took care of it immediately. We would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues!

called in the late evening hours when we had water backing up into our showers and toilets were clogged. Brittany and George answered right away and asked detailed questions to make sure we did all the trouble shooting we could possibly do ourselves. it was very obvious to them the clean out needed to be accessed. they were very reassuring they could fix the issues and showed up minutes within calling them. they were very professional and knowledgeable. it was very obvious this was not their first time helping with emergencies at night when it was very dark outside. pricing was honest and very reasonable for the work that needed to be done on a weekend evening! phenomenal communication between brittany and george and amongst myself and my husband. they recommended we schedule to have our drain scoped with a camera and that although it wasn't needed within the next 24 hrs they explained their reasoning for not postponing too much longer. we scheduled their services for the camera for the following week. i greatly appreciated their honesty. I have already recommended them to all of my neighbors. highly recommend if you don't know of a plumber or live alone and unsure who to trust in your home to do any plumber repairs... you should trust Brittany and George!

Do not trust this company, they are crooks. I had them come to my home to fix a pinhole leak in my attack. The fix didn't hold, George doesnt know how to wield pipe. It took three attempt to fix, but George insisted it was someone elses fault. If he pressured tested his work, I wouldn't have over 1000.00 in cieling damage. The leak went from bad to worse, and now my cieling is damaged. I asked Britney for her insurance information to file a claim, but she won't return my calls. The work they performed was shoddy, and overcharged for their service, They took advantage of me as a senior citizen. When they left, the work was incomplete. Then entire time George did the work, his cussing concerned me because he has anger issues, along with a bad attitude. He threw his wrench, it landed on my floor and now I have a cracked floor tile. THISCOMPANY DOES NOT HAVE A CONTRACTORS LICENSE, and they prey on senior citizens.

George and Brittany are amazing people! Very trustworthy and experienced professionals. Today my water heater started leaking horribly and the leaked water was running down my mobile home. I could not find the valve to turn off the water. I was distraught and so worried. I searched online and found G&B Leak Finders. I gave them a call at 6pm. I thought it would be fine if they would come tomorrow, I didn't expect they immediately set off to come to help me.After they got to my mobile home, they started to work on it right away. George and Brittany put clients first, very nice, professional and efficient. They did such a wonderful job. I highly recommend G&B Leak Finders. Thumb up!

We discovered a steady drip two days later. We called at 10:00 am. We were told one hour wait. Unfortunately, we were led on all day about arrival time. We had to cancel our plans and spend the day waiting for them. They did arrive about 5:00pm. They fixed the leak (so far not dripping).
I wish they had told me when they were really coming but at least they did come and seems to be fixed.

Quick responses and quote. Excellent customer service, got the job done installing a RO system and new kitchen faucet.. also linked my RO to my fridge for better ice and water. Very happy great prices compared to others
