They are a great family owner company. I called for a quote because my parents a/c stopped working. I called back in October because another company had told my parents that they would need a new unit and new ductwork because the system was old. My parents almost paid 30 thousand dollars. But instead I contact Fynaut and I spoke to Gail. She was able to get her son out to the house the following morning. And he was able to find the problem and fix it. Such a relief not only for my parents but myself. David was honest about what needed to be done and I felt the price was fair. I will definitely be using them to service our a/c from now on.

My AC unit stopped working. It was only blowing hot air. I called and spoke to Gail and she had somebody at my house in about three hours. Of course I was freaking out thinking it was going to be thousands of dollars fortunately it was a pretty easy fix and David, my technician, was amazing. He explained everything to me and didn't use big words that I couldn't understand. He fixed my unit and even cleaned it for me so I'm nice and ready to go for our lovely Fresno summers. David is my guy. No one else is going to touch my air conditioning unit As for Fynaut & Johnson, they are my AC company. If I could give them a 20 star rating I would! Thanks!!!
