The only negative, if it is in fact a negative, is that you will be overwhelmed with the variety of products available to see and touch.

We were looking at bathroom fixtures and accessories as we prepare to do some remodeling. Tubs, toilets, faucets, mirrors, medicine cabinets, and showers, you name it, and they probably have it on display.

The most outstanding part of our experience that we encountered was the service we received from Michelle R. She was knowledgeable, attentive to our aspirations, and provided us with plenty of pictures and specifications to take home and mull over.

Even if none of our purchases come from here, it was a worthwhile experience.

Shopping for her particular model furnace. Found prices between $1600 and $2200. FW Webb was $4000 for the same exact model. their prices are disgusting. You can be sure you're going to get ripped off.

Do your home work before buying Anything from FW Webb. Recently did a project and bought most of the material from Webb. Come to find out there prices are double what you would pay at a big box store for Pex fittings hangers etc....example a brass 1"" pex 90 elbow is approx $10.00 dollars at Webb. You can get the same quality 1"" Apollo brass pex 90 elbow at Home Depot for aprox $4.00 dollars.
I'm a contractor so I assumed I would get contractor pricing but that is not the case. They are grossly over charging for the products they sell. Buyer beware do your home work before buying anything from F.W. Webb.

Well, maybe you've got your COVID-19 act together (thanks to guidelines already set up by the CDC and NYS), but your inventory control leaves a lot to be desired.

This past Saturday 10/24/20 I had the installation of a new wall mounted boiler scheduled by my local propane dealer. When the crew got here, they realized that FW Webb shipped them a floor mounted boiler. The paperwork was right, someone at Webb had shipped the wrong box.

Saturday was the last day of my vacation from work so I had to alter our plans to be here for the installation. Plus, it was a beautifully warm day, perfect for shutting down my heating system to accommodate the installation. Now, the installation is scheduled for this upcoming Saturday, another day I will have to stay at home and it will probably be a cold day!

Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Especially considering the amount of money I am shelling out for this job. This was not the fault of my propane service company, rather Webb's poor inventory control.

After receiving terrible service from a very large plumbing supply store in Albany, we went to FW WEBB. We were so pleased by the choices,expertise of our salesperson and the fact that what we chose was in stock ! The other place couldn't ""find""it after 10 weeks !!!
Webb also provides FREE delivery and you choose the time frame !
Prices are comparable to other places. The showroom is lovely.

This is a follow up review. The proper part was installed in 15 minutes and had hot water again. Kudos to FW Webb!

Being the Fire Goddess that I am you would think I'd avoid water, but I am almighty and stay impervious to sizzling and going out. Except for dinner, of course, but that's another Yelp entry.

A trip to F.W. Webb to replace a bathroom vanity did make me sizzle - so many choices, and everything was so sparkley! I must have looked dazed - Dave came to my rescue - answering questions about price and care and fittings and deliveries and finishes and color - very knowledgeable (their main clientele are area plumbers, so they have to be) and kindofafunguy. I had originally selected one of those vessel sinks, which, he pointed out, usually go on a lower countertop because the sit up higher and, looking me up and down, said that maybe a higher sink would be a problem. I shot him with one of my xray vision powerful stares before I burst out laughing. I'm not exactly 6'4"".

My order was delivered when I expected delivery, and the driver, Tom, was careful to open the boxes and inspect the contents to be sure I got what I paid for. He even helped me unpack the vanity, and then took some of the cardboard away.

The quality of what they sell at Webb is much much better than your megahardwarestores, but the prices are fair and heck, you get what you pay for.
